Abstract

一种笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,包括一键盘、一基座及至少一固定件,该基座包括一顶板及两侧壁,该固定件是旋转装设于该基座,其包括一锁固该键盘的压制部、一解锁该键盘的顶出部及一定位该固定件的凸柱,该基座的侧壁对应该凸柱设有一固定孔,该顶板对应该压制部和顶出部分别设有一通孔。本实用新型笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合锁固稳定、不易误开启键盘。

笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,特别是一种锁固稳定的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合。
【技术背景】
笔记本电脑的键盘通常是以若干卡扣锁固于笔记本电脑基座,同时在笔记本电脑基座上设置一控制钮,推动该控制钮即可解锁这些卡扣,从而达到拆卸笔记本电脑键盘的目的。如中国台湾专利公告352167号的笔记本电脑键盘拆组装置,其键盘背面设有若干结合钮,一结合板设于该笔记本电脑基座上,该结合板上对应这些结合钮设有若干扣孔,主机表面设有一控制钮,其底部与该结合板相连,从而控制结合板作平移动作,使键盘背面的结合钮与结合板上的扣孔相扣合或是脱离,达到锁固或拆卸该键盘的目的。但是,以此类方式固定的键盘,其控制钮多设于笔记本电脑基座的表面,如笔记本基座的侧壁或键盘周围区域,操作者极易误触该控制键而打开笔记本电脑键盘,这就给使用者带来较大不便。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种安装稳定、不易误开启的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合。
一种笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,包括一键盘、一基座及至少一固定件,该基座包括一顶板及两侧壁,该固定件是旋转装设于该基座,其包括一锁固该键盘的压制部、一解锁该键盘的顶出部及一定位该固定件的凸柱,该基座的侧壁对应该凸柱设有一固定孔,该顶板对应该压制部和顶出部分别设有一通孔。
相较现有技术,本实用新型笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合锁固稳定、不易误开启键盘。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1至图3,为本实用新型笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合的较佳实施方式,其用于将一键盘10装设于一笔记本电脑,该笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合包括一基座30及一对固定件50。
该键盘10的一侧边设有若干向外突出的卡扣片11。
该基座30包括一顶板31及两侧壁33。该顶板31包括一向内凹入的键盘装设区311,该键盘装设区311的一边缘对应该键盘10的卡扣片11设有若干卡扣槽312,另一边缘对称设有两对通孔313、314。该顶板31的内侧对应每一固定件50设有一第一装设部316及一第二装设部317,该第一装设部316上设有一装设口318、第二装设部317上设有一第二装设口319。每一侧壁33内侧设有一弧形的滑槽331,该滑槽331的一端为一固定孔333。
该固定件50的主体为杆状,其杆体的一端设有一传动部51,该传动部51的顶端对应该基座30的固定孔333设有一凸柱511。该固定件50的另一端由端部向中间依次对应该第二装设部317设有一较细的装设轴53、对应该通孔314设有一压制部55及对应该通孔313设有一顶出部57。
请继续参阅图4,组装时,首先将一对扭簧70分别套设于该对固定件50的一端,将该对固定件50的杆体装设于第一装设部316的装设口318,该装设轴53装入该第二装设部317的装设口319,该凸柱511穿入该基座30的固定孔333,此时,该扭簧70处于拉伸状态,其两端分别抵顶于该固定件50的传动部51及该基座30的顶板31,该压制部55穿过该通孔314,略突出于该键盘装设区311。将该键盘10的卡扣片11***该基座30的对应卡扣槽312内,向下压该键盘10的另一边缘,该压制部55即受力内缩,当该键盘11的边缘越过该压制部55到达固定位置后,该压制部55恢复原状而压制于该键盘11的边缘,使其保持锁固状态。
请继续参阅图5,拆卸时,仅需将该对凸柱511向内推入该基座30,该对固定件50即在该对扭簧70的回复力作用下旋转,该对凸柱511沿对应滑槽331滑动至另一端,同时该对压制部55松开对该键盘10的压制,该对顶出部57向上顶起该键盘10,从而使操作者可轻易取下该键盘10。
本实用新型的扭簧70也可以为其它弹性元件所代替。

Claims (8)

1.一种笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,包括一键盘、一基座及至少一固定件,所述基座包括一顶板及两侧壁,其特征在于:所述固定件是旋转装设于所述基座,其包括一锁固所述键盘的压制部、一解锁所述键盘的顶出部及一定位所述固定件的凸柱,所述基座的侧壁对应所述凸柱设有一固定孔,所述顶板对应所述压制部和顶出部分别设有一通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述固定件的一端设有一弹性元件。
3.如权利要求2所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述基座的侧壁设有一弧形的滑槽,所述固定孔是设于所述滑槽的一端。
4.如权利要求3所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述固定件的一端设有一传动部,所述凸柱是设于所述传动部的顶端,并沿所述滑槽滑动。
5.如权利要求4所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述弹性元件为一扭簧,其两端分别抵顶于所述固定件的传动部及所述基座的顶板。
6.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述基座的顶板设有一第一装设部,其上设有一第一装设口,所述固定件是装设于所述装设部的第一装设口。
7.如权利要求6所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述固定件设有一装设轴,所述基座的顶板设有一第二装设部,其上对应所述装设轴设有一第二装设口。
8.如权利要求1所述的笔记本电脑键盘固定装置组合,其特征在于:所述键盘的一边缘设有若干卡扣片,所述基座对应设有若干卡扣槽。
