Abstract

一种组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节，由股骨端可调式人工头、可动作的双套式椎台、内置式缓冲弹性避振装置、股骨颈解剖形外置式中空假体及体双锁固定钉组成的一种有类似于关节表面软骨组织弹性避振结构的设计，是以人体髋关节独特的解剖关系，生理活动功能及其生物力学特性为根据，采用运动仿真机械组合而构成，具有仿真关节的特征。本实用新型的优越性在于：1.仿真于髋关节的生理运动功能，符合其生物力学特点；2.避振装置减少了关节运动面之间的对冲性碰撞，缓解应力传导；3.关节缓冲避振装置会明显降低关节运动面间的摩擦指数，使用寿命延长；4.构思独特，组合型设计可使手术操作简单、方便，可调性强。

组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节
(一)技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种骨科用人工关节，特别是一种组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节。
(二)背景技术：
目前，骨科用人工关节应用广泛，解决了许多骨科病人的难题。但现有人工髋关节没有缓冲避振功能，造成关节假体间产生硬碰硬的对冲力，易磨损关节，使关节运动面间的摩擦指数升高，减少使用寿命。在人工髋关节手术中，亦手术操作较复杂，可调性差。
(三)发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节，它使上述缺点得以克服，是一种实用性强的新型人工关节。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节，其特征在于它是由可调性人工球头、可动作的双套式滑动椎台、缓冲避振装置、外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体及固定锁钉构成，所说的可动作的双套式滑动椎台包括内套和椎台状外套，内套与外置式中空假体端部固定连接，固定锁钉依假体上的内孔置于外置式中空假体上的内套内与患肢股骨颈残端相固定，内套外为椎台状外套，置于可动作的双套式滑动椎台内的固定锁钉顶端处放置缓冲避振装置，可动作的双套式滑动椎台的内套上有有活动销钉孔，可动作的双套式滑动椎台的外套上有固定销钉孔，限制销钉穿入于外套上的固定销钉孔和内套上的活动销钉孔，缓冲避振装置被限位于限制销钉下；可调性人工球头置于椎台状外套外依其椎台状内孔与椎台状外套外紧配合装配；外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体上还有与固定锁钉配合定位的其它锁钉孔。
上述所说的缓冲避振装置是弹簧或其它弹性构件。
上述所说的外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体上有的与固定锁钉配合定位的其它锁钉孔是一个或一个以上。
本实用新型的工作原理为：由股骨端可调式人工头、可动作的双套式椎台、内置式缓冲弹性避振装置、股骨颈解剖形外置式中空假体及体双锁固定钉组成的一种有类似于关节表面软骨组织弹性避振结构的设计，是以人体髋关节独特的解剖关系，生理活动功能及其生物力学特性为根据，采用运动仿真机械组合而构成，具有仿真关节的特征。
本实用新型的优越性在于：1、仿真于髋关节的生理运动功能，符合其生物力学特点；2、避振装置减少了关节运动面之间的对冲性碰撞，缓解应力传导；3、关节缓冲避振装置会明显降低关节运动面间的摩擦指数，使用寿命延长；4、构思独特，组合型设计可使手术操作简单、方便，可调性强。

其中：1为可调性人工球头，1a为椎台状内孔，2为可动作的双套式滑动椎台，2a为可动作的双套式滑动椎台的椎台状外套，2b为可动作的双套式滑动椎台的内套，2c为椎台状外套上的固定销钉孔，2d为椎台的内套上的活动销钉孔，3为缓冲避振装置的限制销钉，4为缓冲避振弹簧，5为外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体上的内孔，6为外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体，7为后锁钉孔，8为中心锁钉。
(五)具体实施方式：
实施例：一种组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节(见图1、2)，其特征在于它是由可调性人工球头1、可动作的双套式滑动椎台2、缓冲避振装置、外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体6及中心固定锁钉8与后锁钉构成，所说的可动作的双套式滑动椎台2包括内套2b和椎台状外套2a，内套2b与外置式中空假体6端部固定连接，中心固定锁钉8依假体6上的内孔5置于外置式中空假体6上的内套2b内与患肢股骨颈残端相固定，内套2b外为椎台状外套2a，置于可动作的双套式滑动椎台2内的中心固定锁钉顶端处放置缓冲避振弹簧4，可动作的双套式滑动椎台2的内套2b上有有活动销钉孔2d，可动作的双套式滑动椎台的外套2a上有固定销钉孔2c，限制销钉3穿入于外套2a上的固定销钉孔2c和内套2b上的活动销钉孔2d，缓冲避振弹簧4被限位于限制销钉3下；可调性人工球头1置于椎台状外套2a外依其椎台状内孔1a与椎台状外套2a外紧配合装配；外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体6上还有与中心固定锁钉8配合定位的一个后锁钉孔7。

1、一种组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节，其特征在于它是由可调性人工球头、可动作的双套式滑动椎台、缓冲避振装置、外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体及固定锁钉构成，所说的可动作的双套式滑动椎台包括内套和椎台状外套，内套与外置式中空假体端部固定连接，固定锁钉依假体上的内孔置于外置式中空假体上的内套内与患肢股骨颈残端相固定，内套外为椎台状外套，置于可动作的双套式滑动椎台内的固定锁钉顶端处放置缓冲避振装置，可动作的双套式滑动椎台的内套上有有活动销钉孔，可动作的双套式滑动椎台的外套上有固定销钉孔，限制销钉穿入于外套上的固定销钉孔和内套上的活动销钉孔，缓冲避振装置被限位于限制销钉下；可调性人工球头置于椎台状外套外依其椎台状内孔与椎台状外套外紧配合装配；外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体上还有与固定锁钉配合定位的其它锁钉孔。
2、根据权利要求1所说的一种组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节，其特征在于所说的缓冲避振装置是弹簧或其它弹性构件。
3、根据权利要求1所说的一种组合型缓冲式无柄髋关节，其特征在于所说的外置式股骨颈解剖形中空假体上有的与固定锁钉配合定位的其它锁钉孔是一个或一个以上。
