Abstract

一种数据存储器推出装置,包括一底座,其上装设有一数据存储器,一推出件及一开关连接于一起并可动地装设于该底座,该推动件抵顶于该数据存储器而推动其移动。本装置可方便地将该数据存储器推出底座,使数据存储器的拆卸变得简单,操作快捷。

【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种数据存储器推出装置,特别是一种适用于笔记本电脑的数据存储器推出装置。
【技术背景】
笔记本电脑中的数据存储器,如光驱的固定通常是利用螺丝锁固于笔记本电脑的底座或光驱支架内。如中国台湾专利公告519254号的笔记本电脑,其底座的主板上设有一支架,该支架设有一耳孔,该光驱上对应设有一定位孔,一螺丝将该光驱固定于该支架。但是,要更换以此种结构固定的光驱,必须开启笔记本电脑上盖或拆卸其键盘,以致给操作者带来较大不便,且频繁的拆装有可能损坏笔记本内部的其它电子元件。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种拆卸数据存储器快捷方便的推出装置。
一种数据存储器推出装置,包括一底座,其上装设有一数据存储器,一推出件及一开关连接于一起并可动地装设于该底座,该推动件抵顶于该数据存储器而推动其移动。
相较现有技术,本装置可方便的将该数据存储器推出底座,使数据存储器的拆卸变得简单,操作快捷。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1及图2,为本实用新型数据存储器推出装置的较佳实施方式,其包括一底座10,一数据存储器30装设于该底座10。
该底座10包括一数据存储器装设区11。该数据存储器装设区11的前部为一供该数据存储器30装入的开口111,中部设有若干利于该数据存储器30滑入的支承片113,后部为一用于固定该数据存储器30的固定柱115,左侧则开设有一装设孔12。该装设孔12后部为一挡片121,该挡片121上设有一向后的凸柱123。
一推出件15装设于该底座10,一弹簧17装设于该推出件15及该底座10之间,一开关19与该推出件15装设于一起并分别位于该底座10的上下两侧。
该推出件15略为“L”形,其上设有两通孔151、152,该两通孔151、152之间为一连接桥153,该通孔152的后壁上设有一向该通孔152方向延伸之凸柱155。该推出件15的后部为一弯折之推出部157。
该弹簧17的两端分别套设于该底座10的凸柱123及该推出件15的凸柱155,而装设于该推出件15及该底座10之间。
该开关19设有一对支脚193及一操作部195。该对支脚193穿过该底座10的装设孔12和该推出件15的通孔151而卡制于该推出件15,推动该操作部195可滑动该开关19并带动该推出件15向前运动。
该数据存储器30包括一后壁31,其上设有一对螺孔311。
一固定件33装设于该数据存储器30,其上对应该对螺孔311设有一对螺孔331,一对螺丝35将该固定件33装设于该数据存储器30的后壁31。该固定件33设有一折片333,其上设有一锁固孔335。一螺丝50穿过该底座的固定柱115锁固于该锁固孔335,从而将该数据存储器30装设于该底座10。
请继续参阅图2至图4,组装时,首先将该开关19的支脚193穿过该底座10的装设孔12和该推出件15的通孔151卡制于该推出件15,从而将该开关19及该推出件15装设于该底座10;此时,该弹簧17的两端分别套设于该底座10的凸柱123及该推出件15的凸柱155,而装设于该推出件15及该底座10之间,并处于自然状态。
装入时,将该数据存储器30从该底座10的开口111滑入该底座10,并用该螺丝50穿过该底座10的固定柱115锁固于该锁固孔335,从而将该数据存储器30装设于该底座10。此时的各元件状态如图3和图4所示,其中该数据存储器30的后壁31抵顶于该推出件15的推出部157。
请继续参阅图5,拆卸该数据存储器30时,只需松开该螺丝50,并向前推动该开关19的操作部195,带动该推出件15前移,该推出件15的推出部157即可推动该后壁31而将该数据存储器30推出该底座10。此过程中,该弹簧17受力逐渐被压缩;待操作者松开该开关19的操作部195后,外力消失,该推出件15及该开关19在该弹簧17的回复力作用下恢复原状。
本实用新型同样可应用于其它电子装置,且其中的弹簧17可为其它复位元件如弹片所代替。

Claims (9)

1.一种数据存储器推出装置,包括一底座,其上装设有一数据存储器,其特征在于:所述推出装置进一步包括一推出件及一开关,二者连接于一起并可动地装设于所述底座,所述推动件抵顶于所述数据存储器而推动其移动。
2.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器推出装置,其特征在于:所述推出件包括一抵顶于所述数据存储器后壁的推出部。
3.如权利要求2所述的数据存储器推出装置,其特征在于:一复位元件装设于所述推出件与所述底座之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的数据存储器推出装置,其特征在于:所述开关设有一对支脚,所述底座对应设有一装设孔,所述推出件对应设有一通孔,所述支脚穿过所述装设孔和所述通孔卡制于所述推出件。
5.如权利要求4所述的数据存储器推出装置,其特征在于:所述底座设有一挡片,其上设有一凸柱,所述推出件对应设有一凸柱,所述复位元件为一弹簧,其两端分别套设于所述凸柱。
6.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器推出装置,其特征在于:所述开关设有一操作部。
7.如权利要求1所述的数据存储器推出装置,其特征在于:所述数据存储器上设有一固定件,所述数据存储器是通过所述固定件装设于所述底座。
8.如权利要求7所述的数据存储器推出装置,其特征在于:所述固定件设有一锁固孔,所述底座对应设有一固定柱,一螺丝穿过所述固定柱锁固于所述锁固孔,将所述数据存储器锁固于所述底座。
9.如权利要求8所述的数据存储器推出装置,其特征在于:所述固定件设有一对螺孔,所述数据存储器的后壁对应设有一对螺孔,一对螺丝将所述固定件锁固于所述数据存储器。
