Abstract

一种电连接器包括绝缘本体及若干导电端子,于所述绝缘本体内设有用以收容导电端子的若干收容槽,导电端子包括接触部、自接触部并列延伸的一对弹性部、与该对弹性部相连接的固定部及自固定部延伸的安装部,该对弹性部是相互分离且于两端相连接。由于导电端子设置了自接触部并列延伸的一对弹性部,在电连接器尺寸不变或变小的情况下,使导电端子具有较佳的弹性,在导电端子的接触部上下移动的过程中,可以充分回弹。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其是指一种应用于打印机上,实现通讯信号连接的电连接器。
【背景技术】
通常用于打印机上实现连接的电连接器可参考2000年11月30日公开的日本公开特许公报第特开2000-331732号专利申请,现有的用于打印机上的电连接器一般都包括绝缘本体及若干导电端子,绝缘本体上成排设置有若干收容槽,收容槽呈扁长型,导电端子收容于其中。如上述专利申请的图3所示,导电端子20包括接触部24、安装部22、端子固定部21以及设于接触部24与端子固定部21之间的弹性部23,所述弹性部23大致呈“S”形,该弹性部23是自接触部24向一侧倾斜延伸再弯折。由于该种电连接器的导电端子较多,且在使用过程中频繁与对接的电子装置对接,因而需要导电端子具有良好的弹性以保证电连接器的正常运行。然而,传统结构的导电端子20装入绝缘本体10后,在接触部24施加力下压时,端子的弹性部23弹性较弱,易发生扭曲变形,引起无法回弹或回弹不足,进而导致功能失效。随着电子设备的小型化,电连接器的体积也越来越小,这就要求在电连接器外形尺寸不变或变小的情况下,导电端子有足够的弹性以实现回弹。
因此,针对上述问题,确有必要设计一种具有较佳弹性的导电端子的电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有较佳弹性的导电端子的电连接器。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种电连接器包括绝缘本体及若干导电端子,于所述绝缘本体内设有用以收容导电端子的若干收容槽,导电端子包括接触部、自接触部并列延伸的一对弹性部、与该对弹性部相连接的固定部及自固定部延伸的安装部,该对弹性部是相互分离且于两端相连接。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型电连接器具有如下功效:导电端子设置了自接触部并列延伸的一对弹性部,该对弹性部是相互分离且于两端相连接,在电连接器尺寸不变或变小的情况下,使端子具有较佳的弹性,在端子接触部上下移动的过程中,可以充分回弹,进而避免导电端子在受力后变形无法回弹,导致功能失效的情况。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3所示,本实用新型电连接器1包括绝缘本体10及若干导电端子20。绝缘本体10内设有用以收容导电端子20的若干收容槽11,绝缘本体10的收容槽11贯穿绝缘本体10的上、下表面101、102。绝缘本体10的两侧设有翼部12,翼部12包括位于中间的凹部122及位于凹部122两侧的突部121,凹部122上设有定位孔123,突部121上设有对接孔124,于突部121上对接孔124的旁侧设有自绝缘本体10下表面102向下延伸的定位柱125。
导电端子10包括接触部21、自接触部21并列延伸的一对弹性部22、23、与该对弹性部22、23相连接的固定部24及自固定部24延伸的安装部25,该对弹性部22、23是相互分离且于两端相连接。导电端子20的接触部21是延伸出绝缘本体10的上表面101,导电端子20的一对弹性部22、23是先自接触部21分别向两侧延伸一段距离后再弯折延伸。每一弹性部22、23均包括若干弯曲部,弹性部22、23与固定部24的连接处是位于固定部24的一侧。每一弹性部22、23均包括第一弯曲部221、231、第二弯曲部222、232及第三弯曲部223、233,第一弯曲部221、231是与接触部21相连接,第三弯曲部223、233是与固定部24相连接,第二弯曲部222、232是位于第一弯曲部221、231及第三弯曲部223、233之间。固定部24的两侧设有若干突刺241,这些突剌241与绝缘本体10的收容槽11相配合。导电端子20的接触部21垂直于绝缘本体10的上表面101,导电端子20的安装部25与接触部21分别向相反方向延伸。导电端子20是排成若干排,相邻两排的导电端子20呈交错排布。
组装时,导电端子20装设于收容槽11中,导电端子20的接触部21和安装部25别伸出于绝缘本体10之外,固定部24与绝缘本体10的下表面102相平齐,并通过固定部24两侧的突刺241将导电端子10卡持于收容槽11中,导电端子20的弹性部22、23与固定部24都收容于收容槽11中,而安装部25则延伸出绝缘本体10的下表面102。当电连接器1与对接装置(未图示)对接时,接触部21受对接装置的按压向下移动,进而使该对弹性部22、23的发生变形。由于导电端子20具有自接触部21并列延伸的一对弹性部22、23,该对弹性部22、23是相互分离且于两端相连接,使导电端子20的弹性增强,在电连接器1尺寸不变或变小的情况下,使接触部21在上下移动的过程中,可以充分回弹,进而避免导电端子20在受力后变形无法回弹,导致功能失效的情况。

Claims (9)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及若干导电端子,于所述绝缘本体内设有用以收容导电端子的若干收容槽,其特征在于:导电端子包括接触部、自接触部并列延伸的一对弹性部、与该对弹性部相连接的固定部及自固定部延伸的安装部,该对弹性部是相互分离且于两端相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:导电端子的一对弹性部是先自接触部分别向两侧延伸一段距离后再弯折延伸。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一弹性部均包括若干弯曲部,弹性部与固定部的连接处是位于固定部的一侧。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一弹性部均包括第一弯曲部、第二弯曲部及第三弯曲部,第一弯曲部是与接触部相连接,第三弯曲部是与固定部相连接,第二弯曲部是位于第一弯曲部及第三弯曲部之间。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的收容槽贯穿绝缘本体的上、下表面,若干导电端子的接触部是延伸出绝缘本体的上表面。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:导电端子的接触部垂直于绝缘本体的上表面,导电端子的安装部与接触部分别向相反方向延伸。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定部的两侧设有若干突刺,这些突刺与绝缘本体的收容槽相配合。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子是排成若干排,相邻两排的导电端子呈交错排布。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体的两侧设有翼部,翼部包括位于中间的凹部及位于凹部两侧的突部,凹部上设有定位孔,突部上设有对接孔,于突部上对接孔的旁侧设有自绝缘本体下表面向下延伸的定位柱。
