一种人工金属臼顶,用于大龄儿童发育性髋关节脱位的一种内置物。本人工金属臼顶为采用纯钛金属制成的弧形钢板;中心取空、尾部呈尖形,以便顺利地凿入髂骨;顶端焊接等宽的空心钛金属联接板,其上部开两个孔,以便用同等材料的松质骨螺丝钉,将人工金属臼顶固定于髂骨,臼顶的空心部位以利于植骨之用;弧形钢板的前部焊接一等宽挡板,可防止移植的骨块向外滑动。采用本人工金属臼顶,可以给移植的骨块一良好的支撑,因而术后病人康复快。在人工金属臼顶的作用下,移植骨块受到一定应力刺激的作用,因而避免了单纯置入骨块吸收的问题。

技术领域
一种人工金属臼顶,用于大龄儿童发育性髋关节脱位的内置物。
背景技术
6岁以上儿童发育性髋关节脱位的治疗是一个非常棘手的问题。在该年龄组,患儿的髋臼、股骨头的形态发生了较大的变化,软组织也随着股骨头的逐渐上移而加重其挛缩。对于大龄儿童发育性髋关节脱位的治疗,因髋臼破坏较严重,故目前多倾向于采用髋臼加盖包容术治疗。但由于单纯移植的骨块因无良好的支撑,故术后恢复慢,且移植的骨块容易被吸收,导致发育性髋关节脱位的复发。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为治疗大龄儿童发育性髋关节脱位,实行髋臼单纯加盖包容术治疗发育性髋关节脱位提供了一个新的内置物。
本人工金属臼顶为采用纯钛金属制成的弧形钢板,中心取空、尾部呈尖形,以便顺利地凿入髂骨;顶端焊接等宽的空心钛金属联接板,其上部开两个孔,以便用同等材料的松质骨螺丝钉,将人工金属臼顶固定于髂骨,臼顶的空心部位以利于植骨之用;弧形钢板的前部焊接一等宽挡板,可防止移植的骨块向外滑动。
本人工金属臼顶使用时,将其置于移植于髋臼部位的骨骼上,将尾部凿入髂骨,并用松质骨螺丝钉通过联接板固定在髂骨上。同时在本人工金属臼顶的空心部位填充骨块。
采用本人工金属臼顶,可以给移植的骨块一良好的支撑,因而术后病人恢复快。在人工金属臼顶的作用下,移植骨块受到一定应力刺激的作用,因而也不易被吸收。

具体实施方式
实施例(见图)
本人工金属臼顶由纯钛金属制成的弧形钢板2、联接板3及挡板1构成;弧形钢板中心取空、尾部呈尖形,弧形钢板2凹面半径为20-25mm;弧形钢板2的顶端焊接等宽的空心钛金属联接板3,上部开两个孔4;弧形钢板的前部焊接等宽的挡板1。

1、一种人工金属臼顶,其特征在于它采用纯钛金属制成的弧形钢板,中心取空,尾部呈尖形,以便顺利地凿入髂骨;顶端焊接等宽的空心钛金属联接板,其上部开两个孔,以便用同等材料的松质骨螺丝钉,将人工金属臼顶固定于髂骨,臼顶的空心部位以利于植骨之用;弧形钢板的前部焊接一等宽挡板,可防止移植的骨块向外滑动。
