                    背景技术
现有技术中,电磁线包括截面为圆形的导电线体、包覆在导电线体之外的绝缘漆,绝缘漆对导电线体具有绝缘保护作用,但包覆在导电线体的外圆周表面上的漆包线的绝缘强度较小,使得电磁线在通电时易击穿绝缘层,其使用安全性较差。

本实用新型目的是提供一种电磁线,具有更好的绝缘效果。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种电磁线,包括长条型的导电线体,所述的导电线体的截面呈矩形,在导电线体的外表面包覆有绝缘层。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:导电线体的截面呈矩形,绝缘层包覆在导电线上后的绝缘强度较高,可用于大型电机的转动和定子上,有效防止导电线体通电后击穿绝缘层。

参见附图1-附图2,一种电磁线1,包括条形导电线体2,所述的导电线体2的截面呈矩形,在导电线体2的外表面包覆有绝缘层3。
所述的绝缘层3通常由玻纤纱与绝缘薄膜等混合而成,且将成型后的绝缘层3缠绕在导电线体2上并与所述的导电线体2相粘接,该绝缘层3便对导电线体2产生绝缘保护作用。并且,该绝缘层3的耐高温、耐击穿性能较好,保证了电磁线1在使用时的安全性。
参见附图2,导电线体2的截面呈矩形,将绝缘层3包覆在导电线体2的外表面上后,绝缘层3的绝缘强度较高,使得该电磁线1工作时,绝缘层3对导电线体2可产生较强的绝缘保护作用。

1、一种电磁线,包括长条形的导电线体[2],其特征在于:所述的导电线体[2]的截面呈矩形,在导电线体[2]的外表面包覆有绝缘层[3]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的电磁线,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层[3]缠绕在导电线体[2]上并与所述的导电线体[2]的外表面相粘接。
