技术领域：
本实用新型涉及油田采油领域所用的闸门，尤其是双向金属密封平板闸门。
背景技术：
在油田采油及天然气、煤气、水及采暖过程中，井口均通过闸门与管道相连，通过闸门来控制液流的开启关闭或流量大小。而现有的闸门因阀座密封面与闸板的长期接触，使闸板腐蚀，造成液体泄漏，并且缩短了闸门的使用寿命，影响正常生产。
实用新型内容：
为了克服现有闸门闸板易腐蚀及使用寿命短的不足，本实用新型提供一种双向金属密封平板闸门，该双向金属密封平板闸门不仅防腐性能好，而且使用寿命长。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该双向金属密封平板闸门包括阀座及闸板，闸板的外表面有二硫化钼复合层，阀座与闸板接触面凹槽内填充有密封圈。
本实用新型具有的有益效果是：该双向金属密封平板闸门由于采用了上述方案，闸板与阀座凹槽内的密封圈接触，这样可有效地防止闸板腐蚀，解决了阀座密封面与闸板的长期接触，使闸板腐蚀，造成液体泄漏的问题，而且提高闸门的使用寿命，适用性强，适宜推广应用。

由图1所示，该双向金属密封平板闸门包括阀座2及闸板1，闸板1的外表面经过二硫化钼处理，在闸板1的外表面形成二硫化钼复合层3，阀座2与闸板1接触面凹槽内填充有聚四氟乙烯密封圈4。闸板1与阀座2凹槽内的密封圈4接触，因二硫化钼复合层3及聚四氟乙烯密封圈4抗腐蚀性强，这样可有效地防止闸板1的腐蚀，解决了阀座2密封面与闸板1的长期接触，使闸板腐蚀，造成液体泄漏的问题，而且提高闸门的使用寿命，适用性强，适宜推广应用。

1、一种双向金属密封平板闸门，包括阀座(2)及闸板(1)，其特征在于：闸板(1)的外表面有二硫化钼复合层(3)，阀座(2)与闸板(1)接触面凹槽内填充有密封圈(4)。
