Abstract

一种转炉炼钢集束射流双流道氧枪喷头,属于钢铁冶金领域。该喷头由进水口(1)、出水口(2)、环氧入口(3)、主氧入口(5)构成,其特征在于氧枪喷头增加了氧气导流管(4);氧气从氧气总管经导流管(4)分流,分为主射流氧气和环氧。采用转炉炼钢双流道集束射流氧枪喷头,通过外层氧气射流与炉内碳氧反应产生的CO燃烧产生的高温稀薄气体包裹中心氧气,可缓解氧气射流的衰减速度,提高氧气射流对熔池的穿透深度及搅拌强度,同时由于射流速度衰减延缓,可提高氧枪的吹炼枪位,而不影响射流对钢液的冲击深度,延长了氧气喷头的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于钢铁冶金领域,特别涉及一种转炉炼钢集束射流双流道氧枪喷头。
背景技术
目前,转炉炼钢吹氧主要采用超音速水冷氧枪进行吹氧脱碳炼钢,即从转炉的炉顶安装可升降的氧枪,对熔池进行吹炼。由于传统超音速氧枪的氧气射流受炉内气流卷吸的影响,氧气射流衰减加快,降低了氧气射流对熔池的穿透深度及搅拌强度,同时为弥补氧气射流衰减快带来的负面作用,氧枪的吹炼位置需降低,这样氧枪的使用条件更加恶劣,氧枪喷头寿命下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的是引入转炉炼钢集束射流双流道氧枪喷头技术,通过外层氧气射流与炉内碳氧反应产生的CO燃烧产生的高温稀薄气体包裹中心氧气,达到减缓氧气射流,提高氧气的使用效率,使氧枪在炉内的冶炼位置提高,达到提高冶炼速度,延长氧气喷头寿命的目的。
一种转炉炼钢集束射流双流道氧枪喷头,由进水口1、出水口2、环氧入口3、主氧入口5构成,其特征在于氧枪喷头增加了氧气导流管4,氧气从氧气总管经导流管4分流,分为主射流氧气和环氧。
氧气喷头的射流孔数为1-8个,氧枪的外管直径为20-1100mm。中心氧管直径为10-1000mm,环氧管道的直径一般为中心主氧气管道直径的1.01-1.50倍。***环管出口距喷头出口的距离为0-200mm。
采用转炉炼钢双流道集束射流氧枪喷头,通过外层氧气射流与炉内碳氧反应产生的CO燃烧产生的高温稀薄气体包裹中心氧气,可缓解氧气射流的衰减速度,提高氧气射流对熔池的穿透深度及搅拌强度,同时由于射流速度衰减延缓,可提高氧枪的吹炼枪位,而不影响射流对钢液的冲击深度,这样延长了氧气喷头的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
1.对于80吨出钢量的转炉:
氧气射流采用超音速射流,马赫数为2.2,氧枪喷孔个数为4孔拉瓦尔,氧气流量为17000Nm3/h,氧气压力1.2Mpa。氧枪进出水流量140t/h。氧枪外径φ219,氧枪内径φ140mm。氧气中心主孔出口直径45mm,喷孔夹角θ为13°。环形氧气出口直径60mm。
2.对于150吨出钢量的转炉:氧气射流采用超音速射流,马赫数为2.2,氧枪喷孔个数为5孔拉瓦尔,氧气流量为34000Nm3/h,氧气压力1.2Mpa。氧枪进出水流量200t/h。氧枪外径φ300,氧枪内径φ210。氧气中心主孔出口直径55mm,喷孔夹角θ为14°。环形氧气出口直径75mm。

1.一种转炉炼钢集束射流双流道氧枪喷头,由进水口(1)、出水口(2)、环氧入口(3)、主氧入口(5)构成,其特征在于氧枪喷头增加了氧气导流管(4);氧气从氧气总管经导流管(4)分流,分为主射流氧气和环氧。
2.如权利要求1所述转炉炼钢集束射流双流道氧枪喷头,其特征在于氧气喷头的射流孔数为1-8个,氧枪的外管直径为20-1100mm,中心氧管直径为10-1000mm,环氧管道的直径为中心主氧气管道直径的1.01-1.50倍;***环管出口距喷头出口的距离为0-100mm。
