                        背景技术
现有炼钢精炼炉的炉盖,其水冷结构形式为多层隔板水箱结构,水箱截面呈矩形,冷却水在循环中阻力大,流速小,冷却效果较差,另外,炉盖水箱隔板间内、外焊缝多,容易开焊,当内部隔板开焊时容易导致进水腔和回水腔串通,在炉盖内部形成循环死区,造成炉盖内部冷却不均匀,局部区域水沸腾,产生响声和振动,更进一步加剧了焊缝的开焊,漏水现象严重,而且,由于此种炉盖结构复杂,内部隔板开焊时不便焊接,维修较麻烦。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种不易漏水、维修方便的精炼炉水冷炉盖。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种精炼炉水冷炉盖,炉盖内的水冷结构由紧密排列的多根无缝管构成。
本实用新型的优点是:1、不容易漏水,维修方便。炉盖水冷结构由多根无缝管紧密排列构成,其制作方法为,将每根无缝管煨弯,然后焊接在一起,内部无焊缝,所以不容易漏水,维修方便。
2、冷却效果好。冷却水道截面为管状并呈圆形循环,水流阻力小,冷却均匀,冷却效果好。
此外,密排管式水冷炉盖简化了结构和加工工艺,制作成本可以有大幅度降低。

                      具体实施方式
由图可知,炉盖的水冷结构由若干根紧密排列的无缝钢管1构成,每根钢管1均呈圆形,可以采用加热煨弯的方法制作,钢管1与钢管1之间采用焊接的办法连接为一体。
使用时,钢管1内通循环冷却水,根据炉盖各组成部分的吸热面积、吸热强度,以各部分冷却温度相同为原则,确定冷却水量的大小。
