本实用新型公开了一种电解槽侧部内衬材料的配置结构,它由电解槽,碳化硅块,炭块组成,碳化硅块紧挨到电解槽放置,炭块挨到碳化硅块放置。本实用新型既利用了碳化硅材料的散热、绝缘和抗氧化性能,又避免了碳化硅向电解质析出游离硅的影响。有利于形成稳定的炉帮,同时保证槽侧较低的热耗和适宜的槽周围温度。

电解槽侧部内衬材料的配置结构
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种铝电解生产中用于电解槽侧部内衬的材料配置结构。
技术背景:
目前,电解槽侧部复合炭块采用碳化硅块、炭块的配置形式国内已有使用,其配置方式为槽内侧采用碳化硅块,槽外侧采用炭块。使用复合炭块的好处是:
1、碳化硅导热系数高,使用厚度合适的碳化硅块,可使槽侧达到适宜的热平衡,形成稳定的炉帮;
2、碳化硅绝缘性能好,可减少侧部漏电提高电流效率,降低电解槽水平电流;
3、碳化硅块耐腐蚀、抗冲刷和抗氧化性能强。
尽管碳化硅材料能满足电解槽内衬材料的苛刻要求,但是电解槽侧部复合炭块的配置不得不考虑一个现实问题:国内各生产厂家的碳化硅材料质量良莠不齐,在生产中,复合块中低质量碳化硅向电解质析出游离硅,造成电解液中硅含量超标,影响铝锭品位。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种将碳化硅块配置在槽外侧,炭块配置在槽内侧的配置结构,使其既利用了碳化硅材料的散热、绝缘和抗氧化性能,又避免了碳化硅向电解质析出游离硅的影响。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它由电解槽(1),碳化硅块(2),炭块(3)组成,碳化硅块(2)紧挨到电解槽(1)放置,炭块(3)挨到碳化硅块(2)放置。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、使电解槽侧部实现合理的热平衡,有利于形成稳定的炉帮,同时保证槽侧较低的热耗和适宜的槽周围温度;
2、使槽侧绝缘好,减少侧部漏电,提高电流效率,降低电解槽水平电流及其带来的影响;
3、由于复合块靠槽壳一面是碳化硅,减少了炭块氧化面积,有效防止从盖板和钢棒舷窗渗入的空气氧化炭块。

本实用新型的实施例:将碳化硅块(2)用粘结剂与电解槽(1)槽侧粘牢,再把炭块(3)用粘结剂与碳化硅块(2)粘牢。
