现有技术中一种液体喷枪包括喷嘴、吸压泵、单向阀、吸管、外壳和基架;基架包括缸筒、阀体、液体通道,缸筒与液体容器、阀体内腔相通,阀体内腔通过吸管与液体容器相通;单向阀由阀体、阀芯构成;吸压泵由缸筒、活塞、板手构成;吸压泵与单向阀相通、吸压泵与液体容器相通、单向阀与液体容器相通,该液体喷枪,只有在一般使用状态直立时即基架位于液体容器的上方,才能使用,不能在倒置、平放时使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种可倒置的喷枪,它不仅能在直立时使用,而且在倒置、平放时仍可以使用。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种可倒置的喷枪包括喷嘴、吸压泵、单向阀、吸管、液体容器、外壳和基架;基架包括缸筒、阀体、进液通道,缸筒与液体容器、阀体内腔相通;单向阀由阀体、阀芯构成;吸压泵由缸筒、活塞、板手构成,其特殊之处在于:在基架与液体容器之间有一倒喷控制装置,所述的倒喷控制装置包括下开口的座套、控制芯;座套有一向下伸出带下底的圆筒,向上、向下延伸的上下贯通的圆管,顶部有透气孔;控制芯包括单向开关阀、与单向开关阀的阀腔相通,且与液体容器、单向阀相通的液体管道,阀腔内有一钢珠,上端有一环形筒,液体通道的外表面与环形筒的内表面联接在一起,环形筒与液体通道联接处的外表面上有一平行其轴线的凹槽;控制芯的环形筒的周向面与座套的内腔液密封,座套的圆筒与单向开关阀的阀腔气液密封,控制芯的液体管道与座套的圆管配合密封,液体通管道与吸管联接。
在控制芯的环形筒与液体通道联接处的外表面的底部还有一翼片与座套内腔液密封。
基架上有一按装复位弹簧的盒,盒的壁与基架上的缸筒的外端形成一环形凹槽,活塞上有一挡板,复位弹簧套在活塞,一端在环形凹槽内定位,另一端由挡板定位。
本实用新型可倒置的喷枪,由于在基架与液体容器之间增加了一个倒喷控制装置,在倒置时,倒喷控制装置的单向开关阀的钢珠,进入阀腔,单向开关阀打开,阀腔进入液体,当按动扳手时,液体即可喷出。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1、图2所示,一种可倒置的喷枪包括喷嘴1、吸压泵、单向阀、吸管13、液体容器11、外壳2和基架3;基架3包括缸筒202、阀腔201、进液通道204,缸筒202与液体容器11、阀腔201相通;单向阀由阀腔201、阀芯4构成;吸压泵由缸筒202、活塞6、板手7构成,在基架3与液体容器11之间有一倒喷控制装置12,所述的倒喷控制装置12包括下开口的座套121、控制芯122;座套121有向下伸出带下底的圆筒1211,向上、向下延伸的上下贯通的圆管1212,顶部有一透气孔1213;控制芯122包括单向开关阀1222、与单向开关阀1222的阀腔1224相通,且与液体容器11、单向阀相通的液体管道1221,上端有一环形筒1226;控制芯122的环形筒1226周向面与座套121的内腔过盈配合达到液气密封,座套121的圆筒1211与开关阀1222的阀腔过盈配合达到液气密封,阀腔1224内有一钢珠1223,控制芯122的液体管道1221与座套121的圆管1212配合,圆管1212与基架3上的进液通道204联接,液体管道1221与吸管13联接;在控制芯122的环形筒1226与液体通道1221联接处的外表面上有一平行其轴线的凹槽1225,座套121上的透气孔1213、凹槽1225构成通向液体容器11的气通道,并与缸筒202相通;在控制芯122的环形筒1226与液体通道1221联接处的外表面的底部还有一翼片1227与座套121内腔液密封。基架3、控制装置12的座套121通过垫圈10、螺帽9,固定在液体容器11上,基架3与控制装置12之间液密封。
本实用新型的可倒置的喷枪,基架3上有一按装复位弹簧5的盒8,盒8的壁与基架3上的缸筒202的外端形成一环形凹槽203,活塞6上有一挡板601,复位弹簧5套在活塞6上,一端在环形凹槽203内定位,另一端由挡板601定位。

1、一种可倒置的喷枪包括喷嘴、吸压泵、单向阀、吸管、液体容器、外壳和基架;基架包括缸筒、阀体、进液通道,缸筒与液体容器、阀体内腔相通;单向阀由阀体、阀芯构成;吸压泵由缸筒、活塞、板手构成,其特征在于:在基架与液体容器之间有一倒喷控制装置,所述的倒喷控制装置包括下开口的座套、控制芯;座套有一向下伸出带下底的圆筒,向上、向下延伸的上下贯通的圆管,顶部有透气孔;控制芯包括单向开关阀、与单向开关阀的阀腔相通,且与液体容器、单向阀相通的液体管道,阀腔内有一钢珠,上端有一环形筒,液体通道的外表面与环形筒的内表面联接在一起,环形筒与液体通道联接处的外表面上有一平行其轴线的凹槽;控制芯的环形筒的周向面与座套的内腔液密封,座套的圆筒与单向开关阀的阀腔气液密封,控制芯的液体管道与座套的圆管配合密封,液体通管道与吸管联接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可倒置的喷枪,其特征在于:在控制芯的环形筒与液体通道联接处的外表面的底部还有一翼片与座套内腔液密封。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的可倒置的喷枪,其特征在于:基架上有一按装复位弹簧的盒,盒的壁与基架上的缸筒的外端形成一环形凹槽,活塞上有一挡板,复位弹簧套在活塞,一端在环形凹槽内定位,另一端由挡板定位。
