Abstract

一种扩充卡固定装置，用来将若干设有挡片的扩充卡固定在一电脑机箱内，其包括一后板及一设在所述后板上的固定体，所述固定体对应所述的挡片可动地装置至少一固定件，所述固定件包括一设在底部且与挡片对应的抵压部，所述固定体对应所述固定件设至少一第一卡扣部，所述固定件设至少一具弹性的臂部，并在所述臂部上形成一与该第一卡扣部配合的第二卡扣部。

扩充卡固定装置
【技术领域】
本实用新型是关于一种扩充卡固定装置，特别是关于一种方便固定和拆卸扩充卡的扩充卡固定装置。
【技术背景】
现有固定扩充卡的方式是直接采用螺丝来将其固定在电脑机箱中，这种固定方式对于扩充卡的组装和拆卸来说非常不方便。
近年来，业界出现多种扩充卡的固定装置，如美国专利第5,317,483号所揭示的扩充卡固定装置，其采用一压条将若干固定在扩充卡的插条固定在电脑基座的窗架上，其在固定这些扩充卡时，先将所述压条一端可动的装置在所述扩充卡窗架上，然后使所述压条的另一端向下翻转，当所述压条抵顶这些插条时，通过一螺丝将所述压条的另一端固定在所述窗架上，从而固定这些扩充卡。又如美国专利第5,936,835号所揭示的扩充卡固定装置，其包括一固定件，所述固定件包括一本体部和一自所述本体部垂直弯折延伸的若干卡扣片，所述本体部开设一通孔，固定扩充卡时，这些卡扣片可穿入对应的电脑后板的开孔中，并抵靠固定在扩充卡上的插条，而这时，所述固定件的本体部处于所述后板的外侧，通过一螺丝穿过所述本体部的通孔和对应的后板的螺孔，可将所述固定件锁固在所述后板上，从而实现扩充卡的固定。上述两种扩充卡固定方式虽然较大地方便了扩充卡的拆装，但是，其还需通过螺丝来实现扩充卡的最终固定，因此，扩充卡的拆装还是比较繁琐不便。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种方便固定和拆卸扩充卡的扩充卡固定装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现的：本实用新型扩充卡固定装置，用来将若干设有挡片的扩充卡固定在一电脑机箱内，其包括一后板及一设在所述后板上的固定体，所述固定体对应所述的挡片可动地装置至少一固定件，所述固定件包括一设在底部且与挡片对应的抵压部，所述固定体对应所述固定件设至少一第一卡扣部，所述固定件设至少一具弹性的臂部，并在所述臂部上形成一与该第一卡扣部配合的第二卡扣部。
本实用新型的优点在于通过若干可动地装置在后板的固定架上的固定件固定件抵压对应固定有扩充卡的挡片来实现扩充卡的固定。

【具体实施方式】
请参照图1，本实用新型扩充卡固定装置是用来将若干扩充卡30固定在一电脑机箱内，其包括一基座10、若干用来固定这些扩充卡30的挡片35及一固定体40。
所述基座10包括一底板12及自所述底板12后端垂直向上延伸的一后板14，所述后板14在上部开设一扣孔18，在所述两扣孔18下方两侧分别开设一定位孔20，在每一定位孔20下方外侧分别开设一固定孔22。所述后板14还在所述固定孔22的下方固定一固定座24，所述固定座24包括一竖直壁26和自所述竖直壁26上端弯折形成的弯折壁28。所述竖直壁26间隔开设若干平行的长槽29，这些长槽29还延伸至所述弯折壁28。所述底板12固定一主板80，其上设有垂直于所述后板14的若干插槽82。
所述挡片35的形状与所述固定座24的长槽29对应，其包括一本体部37和自所述本体部37一端垂直弯折的一弯折部39，这些扩充卡30分别固定在这些挡片35的本体部37上，其对应所述主板80的插槽82设一插接部32。
请继续参照图2和图3，所述固定体40包括一固定在所述后板14上的固定架42和旋转装置在所述固定架42上的若干固定件62。所述固定架42包括一固定部44及自所述固定部44上侧垂直延伸形成的顶壁46，若干倒L形固定板48自所述固定部44及顶壁46间向一侧延伸形成，所述固定板48分别包括一较宽的装设部49，所述装设部49外侧底端形成一第一卡扣部50，所述装设部49内侧则开设一枢转孔52，且位于外侧的两固定板48上还对应所述后板14的固定孔22凸设一具锁固孔53的柱部54。所述固定部44的另一侧上部中间对应所述后板14的扣孔18设一L形卡钩56，两侧对应所述后板14的定位孔20凸设一对定位柱58。所述固定件62可分别旋转装置在每两固定板48间，其包括一竖直部64、一自所述竖直部64底端垂直延伸的水平抵压部66、一自所述抵压部66末端垂直向下延伸的抵靠部68、一对自所述竖直部64顶端两侧向上延伸的耳部70及一对自所述竖直部64下部向上延伸的具弹性的弧形臂部72，所述耳部70上部对应所述固定架42的枢转孔52分别向外凸设一枢转销74，所述臂部72上端对应所述固定架42的固定板48的第一卡扣部50分别向外凸设一第二卡扣部76，所述臂部72末端弯折形成一操作部78。
请继续参照图4和图5，组装时，先将所述固定件62组装到所述固定架42上来形成该固定体40，再将该固定体40固定到所述后板14上，最后可随意固定任一所述扩充卡30。使所述固定件62的枢转销74容置在所述固定架42的枢转孔52中，便可将所述固定件62固定在所述固定架42上。使所述固定架42的卡钩56钩挂在所述后板14的扣孔18中，并使所述固定架42的定位柱58容置在所述后板14的定位孔20中，再借助若干锁固件(如螺钉等，图未示)穿经所述固定架42的锁固孔53及所述后板14的固定孔22，便将所述固定体40固定在所述后板14上。
安装所述扩充卡30时，先挤压所述固定件62的两臂部72的操作部78，并向上旋转所述固定件62，松手后，所述固定件62臂部72的第二卡扣部76抵靠在所述固定架42的固定板48上。再使所述扩充卡30的插接部32分别***对应主板80的插槽82中，且所述每一挡片35的本体部37位于所述后板14固定座24的竖直壁26上，并遮挡对应的长槽29，其弯折部39则置于所述固定座24的弯折壁28上。挤压所述固定件62的操作部78，使所述固定件62向下旋转，所述固定件60的抵压部66抵压所述挡片35的弯折部39，所述抵靠部68则抵靠在所述挡片35的本体部37，这时，所述固定件62的第二卡扣部76固定在所述固定架42的固定板48的第一卡扣部50上，从而固定所述扩充卡30。
请继续参照图6，拆卸所述扩充卡30时，只需扳动所述每一固定件62的操作部78使其第二卡扣部76与对应的所述固定架42的第一卡扣部50脱离，并向上旋转所述的固定件62，使其臂部72的第二卡扣部76抵靠在所述固定架42的固定板48上，这时，便可拆换对应所述扩充卡30。
另外，所述固定架42也可直接形成在所述后板14上。所述固定件62可上下滑动地装置在所述固定架42的每相邻两固定板48间。

Claims (10)

1.一种扩充卡固定装置，用来将若干设有挡片的扩充卡固定在一电脑机箱内，其包括一后板及一设在所述后板上的固定体，其特征在于：所述固定体对应所述的挡片可动地装置至少一固定件，所述固定件包括一设在底部且与挡片对应的抵压部，所述固定体对应所述固定件设至少一第一卡扣部，所述固定件设至少一具弹性的臂部，并在所述臂部上形成一与该第一卡扣部配合的第二卡扣部。
2.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定体还包括一固定架，所述固定架包括一固定在后板上的固定部及自所述固定部向一侧延伸的若干固定板，所述固定板分别开设一枢转孔，所述固定板上分别形成所述第一卡扣部。
3.如权利要求2所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定件分别包括一竖直部、一自所述竖直部底端垂直延伸的水平抵压部、一自所述抵压部末端垂直向下延伸的抵靠部。
4.如权利要求2所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定件分别包括一竖直部、一对自所述竖直部顶端向上延伸的耳部及一对自所述竖直部向上延伸的具弹性的臂部。
5.如权利要求4所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述耳部对应所述固定架的枢转孔分别凸设一枢转销。
6.如权利要求4所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述臂部对应所述固定架的第一卡扣部分别设一第二卡扣部。
7.如权利要求4所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述臂部末端分别形成一操作部。
8.如权利要求2所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述后板在上部开设一扣孔，在所述扣孔下方两侧分别开设一定位孔，在每一定位孔下方分别开设一固定孔。
9.如权利要求8所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定架的固定部对应所述后板的扣孔设一卡钩，对应所述后板的定位孔设两定位柱，对应所述后板的固定孔设两具锁固孔的柱部。
10.如权利要求1所述的扩充卡固定装置，其特征在于：所述固定架包括一固定在后板上的固定部及自所述固定部向一侧延伸的若干固定板，所述固定件可分别滑动地固定在每相邻两固定板间。
