Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种踏步机,该结构主要由主架、左右支架、转动块、连接杆、弹性摩擦片、V型连接片、旋转旋钮、握手把、脚踏板及外壳组成,主架横管上转动轴设一转动块,转动块与两连接杆一端转动连接,两连接杆另一端分别与左右支架的连接片枢接,转动块外缘设有与之相匹配的弹性摩擦片,弹性摩擦片通过V型连接片和拉轴与旋转旋钮连接,主架上固设有下把管,下把管转动枢设上把管。本实用新型与现有技术相比,改变了传统的单一踏步功能,实现了同时锻炼人体腿部、腰部及肩部的健身目的。

本实用新型涉及一种健身器,尤其是涉及一种具有多功能的踏步机健身器。
背景技术
现有技术中的踏步机键身器大致可分为两种,一种是结构单一的,单纯的作摇摆运动用的,这样的机械只能锻炼人体的腿部,功能单一;另一种是采用油缸式的,但其结构过于复杂。从成本上看,其成本较高,销售价格也很昂贵,无法满足大多数人的生活需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可同时对人体腿部、腰部及肩部进行锻炼且成本低、适合家庭健身用的多功踏步机健身器。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:该踏步机结构主要由主架、左右支架、转动块、连接杆、弹性摩擦片、V型连接片、旋转旋钮、握手把、脚踏板及外壳组成,其特征在于:主架横管上转动轴设一转动块,转动块与两连接杆一端转动连接,两连接杆另一端分别与左右支架的连接片枢接;转动块外缘设有与之相匹配的弹性摩擦片,弹性摩擦片通过V型连接片和拉轴与旋转旋钮连接;主架上固设有下把管,下把管转动枢设上把管。
所述主架横管上固设托板,托板上轴设一转动块,转动块内的转动轴上下枢于主架上下两横管之间。
所述弹性摩擦片两端设有V型连接片,V型连接片另一端枢设于方块,方块上固设拉轴的一端,拉轴另一端与旋转旋钮连接,旋转旋钮定位于主架上。
所述主架上固设有下把管,下把管通过轴承转动枢设上把管,上把管两侧通过两弹性体分别连接左右支杆。
所述上把管上端设有横杆及握把手,两握把手之间可设有一计数器。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明:
如图1和图2所示,一种踏步机结构主要由主架100、左右支架320、转动块250、连接杆400、弹性摩擦片290、V型连接片210、旋转旋钮240、握手把740、脚踏板310及外壳600组成,其特征在于:主架100的横管150上转动轴设一转动块250,转动块250与两连接杆400一端转动连接,两连接杆400另一端分别与左右支架320的连接片330枢接;转动块250外缘设有与之相匹配的弹性摩擦片290,弹性摩擦片290通过V型连接片210和拉轴230与旋转旋钮240连接;主架100上固设有下把管130,下把管130转动枢设上把管720。
主架横管150上固设托板280,托板280上轴设一转动块250,转动块250内的转动轴260上下枢于主架100的上下两横管(160、150)之间。
弹性摩擦片290两端设有V型连接片210,V型连接片210另一端枢设于220方块,方块220上固设拉轴230的一端,拉轴230另一端与旋转旋钮240连接,旋转旋钮240定位于主架100的支撑片110上。通过调节旋转旋钮240的松紧来改变弹性摩擦片290裹住转动块250的松紧程度,从而改变两连接杆400的拉力,达到调节踏步力度使之满足不同消费者使用的目的。
主架100上固设有下把管130,下把管130通过轴承710转动枢设上把管720,上把管720两侧通过两弹性体500分别连接左右支杆320。当作踏步运动时,左右支杆320通过两弹性体500牵动上把管720左右转动,使用者手持握把手740也相对应的左右转动,达到了同时锻炼人体腿步、腰部及肩部的目的。
上把管720上端设有横杆及握把手740,两握把手740之间可设有一计数器800,用以计算踏步次数。
用一外壳600将踏步机的内部结构裹住,以增加踏步机的外部美观感。
综上所述,本实用新型多功能踏步机健身器不但可同时锻炼人体腿部、腰部及肩部,而且因可透过旋转旋钮240调整转动块250与摩擦片290的摩擦力,达到了适合不同使用者使用的目的。

1、一种踏步机,该结构主要由主架、左右支架、转动块、连接杆、弹性摩擦片、V型连接片、旋转旋钮、握手把、脚踏板及外壳组成,其特征在于:主架横管上转动轴设一转动块,转动块与两连接杆一端转动连接,两连接杆另一端分别与左右支架的连接片枢接;转动块外缘设有与之相匹配的弹性摩擦片,弹性摩擦片通过V型连接片和拉轴与旋转旋钮连接;主架上固设有下把管,下把管转动枢设上把管。
2、根据权利要求1所述的踏步机,其特征在于:所述主架横管上固设托板,托板上轴设一转动块,转动块内的转动轴上下枢于主架上下两横管之间。
3、根据权利要求1所述的踏步机,其特征在于:所述弹性摩擦片两端设有V型连接片,V型连接片另一端枢设于方块,方块上固设拉轴的一端,拉轴另一端与旋转旋钮连接,旋转旋钮定位于主架上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的踏步机,其特征在于:所述主架上固设有下把管,下把管通过轴承转动枢设上把管,上把管两侧通过两弹性体分别连接左右支杆。
5、根据权利要求1所述的踏步机,其特征在于:所述上把管上端设有横杆及握把手,两握把手之间可设有一计数器。
