本实用新型涉及一种内聚光式太阳能集热管,在该集热管的玻璃管内表面上,设置了太阳光反射聚光薄膜,在集热管金属吸热体上,加设了附有吸热膜的吸热翅片,从而能使集热管在不跟踪太阳的情况下,聚集来自不同方向的太阳辐射,可以最大限度地将太阳辐射转化成热能。本实用新型内聚光式太阳能集热管,构思独特,设计科学,热效率高,性能优良,制作精湛,可以被广泛用于太阳能加热,制冷,海水淡化和工业加热等领域,该技术将为我国更加充分的利用太阳能资源,做出卓越的贡献。

本实用新型涉及太阳能集热管技术。
背景技术:
现有的太阳能真空集热管,通常是在玻璃管内安装吸热体,由于这种集热管的吸热体只有正对太阳的部分能吸收太阳辐射,其它部分的吸热能力甚微,因而集热管的运行温度不是很高,热效率受到影响。尽管有些集热管可以使用外聚光器,但因成本高等原因,一般不采用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种内聚光式太阳能集热管,它以更科学的设计,解决了上述技术问题,其生产成本和性能价格比优于现有的在玻璃管内加聚光板的集热器。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在集热管(热管式和直流管式)的玻璃管的内侧表面上,设有弧面形反射聚光薄膜。在集热管的金属吸热体表面附有吸收膜。在集热管的金属吸热体表面上,设置附有吸收膜的吸热翅片。
本实用新型内聚光式太阳能集热管,构思独特,设计科学。由于在集热管的玻璃管内表面,设置了相对吸热体背面和侧面的弧面形反射聚光薄膜,使集热管可以在不跟踪太阳的情况下,聚集来自不同方向的太阳辐射,因此可以最大限度地将太阳辐射转化成热能。加上吸热翅片及其吸收膜对集热管吸热功能的强化,使集热管的工作温度可以提高至200℃以上,使用范围大幅提高。本实用新型性能优良,制作精湛,可以被广泛用于太阳能加热,制冷,海水淡化和工业加热等领域,该技术将为我国更加充分的利用太阳能资源,做出卓越的贡献。

具体实施方案:
实施方案1:如附图1、2所示,在集热管(直流管式)的玻璃管1的相对金属吸热体3背面和侧面的内侧表面上,设置180°弧面形反射聚光金属薄膜2。在金属吸热体3表面附有太阳能选择性吸收膜4。在吸热体3表面上,设置一片附有太阳能选择性吸收膜4的吸热翅片5。采用金属吸热体3,能增强太阳能集热管本身抗冷热冲击的能力,同时在***连接过程中,也可采用金属密封的方法,这样***的承压性可达10kg/cm2以上。
实施方案2:如附图3所示,在集热管(热管式)的玻璃管1的相对金属吸热体3背面和侧面的内侧表面上,设置160°弧面形反射聚光金属薄膜2。在金属吸热体3表面附有太阳能选择性吸收膜4。在吸热体3表面上,设置三片附有太阳能选择性吸收膜4的吸热翅片5。
实施方案3:如附图4所示,在集热管的玻璃管1的相对金属吸热体3背面和侧面的内侧表面上,设置140°弧面形反射聚光金属薄膜2。在金属吸热体3表面附有太阳能选择性吸收膜4。

1.一种内聚光式太阳能集热管,其特征在于在集热管(热管式和直流管式)的玻璃管的内侧表面上,设有弧面形反射聚光薄膜;在集热管的金属吸热体表面附有吸收膜;在集热管的金属吸热体表面上,设置附有吸收膜的吸热翅片。
