本实用新型为运钞车防撬射击口,涉及汽车零部件领域,现有的射击口盖板易被撬开,防破坏性差,为了解决这一问题,本实用新型采用了在射击口护口圈上装置自锁连杆,在自锁连杆上装有止动片,止动片受止动弹簧、连杆复位弹簧和端套复位弹簧的作用,产生自锁作用,从射击口外部无法移动射击口盖板,只有在内部操作才能开启,所以防破坏性强,安全度高,而且结构简单,维修容易,启、闭操作快捷方便,便于对突发事件的处理。

本实用新型涉及汽车零部件领域。
                        背景技术
目前,在国内金融押运行业仍然采用武装押运的方式,即在车内配备有武装押运人员,在出现非常情况时,武装押运人员会和劫匪发生枪战。在运钞车驾驶室大都装有防弹玻璃,防弹玻璃可以上下升降。当向外射击时,可降下防弹玻璃,此时露出了太大的空隙,增加了危险系数。在有些运钞车的防弹玻璃上,加装了射击口并兼有缴纳公路费用的功能,减少了暴露空隙,但普遍存在着盖板易被撬开,防破坏性差;启用操作不够简便,不能适应临战的需要,和维修更换性能差的问题。
                        发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,防破坏性强,开启操作快捷方便,维修容易,射击、缴费两用的运钞车防撬射击口。
本实用新型的技术方案为:在车厢壁上开有射击口安装孔,在射击口安装孔周围装有缓冲垫,在射击口安装孔的缓冲垫外侧装有外护口圈,外护口圈的内侧边伸向射击口安装孔内,在外护口圈的外侧面上开有射击口盖板安装槽,在射击口盖板安装槽内装有射击口盖板,在缓冲垫内侧装有内护口圈,内护口圈通过螺纹与外护口圈连接,在外护口圈上开有自锁连杆孔,自锁连杆孔的方向与射击口的轴向相同,在自锁连杆孔内装有自锁连杆,自锁连杆的前端与射击口盖板焊接固定,在自锁连杆的前部具有凸台,后部装有手柄,自锁连杆与手柄通过螺纹连接,中部开有与轴向垂直的盲孔,在盲孔内装有止动弹簧,在止动弹簧外端装有钢球,在自锁连杆的盲孔的后面沿轴向开有止动片槽,止动片槽内装有止动片,一端压在钢球上,止动片另一端通过销子与自锁连杆连接,在自锁连杆后部的外面套有端套,端套开有手柄口,端套与自锁连杆为滑动连接,在自锁连杆凸台与自锁连杆孔形成的空隙中装有连杆复位弹簧,在自锁连杆末端与端套之间装有端套复位弹簧,端套复位弹簧的弹力大于止动弹簧的弹力。
当遇到意外事故或缴公路费用需打开射击口盖板时,先用手握住手柄,拇指推动端套,端套复位弹簧受压缩,端套向前移动,压迫止动片端部向下移动,止动片端部带动钢球下移使止动弹簧受压缩,当止动片下移到全部嵌入止动槽内,自锁连杆受手柄作用向前移动,连杆复位弹簧受压缩,将射击口盖板从盖板安装槽内推出,此时转动手柄,射击口盖板以自锁连杆为中心轴转动,射击口就打开,松手后,连杆复位弹簧恢复,自锁连杆后退,射击口盖板也后退,受外护口圈阻挡而保持在改位置,此时可通过射击***击或缴费。待操作完毕后,手握手柄反转,当射击口盖板转到安装槽位置时,松开手柄,受连杆复位弹簧弹力作用,自锁连杆后退,盖板完全进入安装槽内,将射击口盖住,此时止动片端头也从自锁连杆孔中移出,受止动弹簧弹力作用,止动片端头从自锁连杆中弹出,与外护口圈的内侧面接触,止动片背面与护套接触,此时自锁连杆无法前后移动,止动片产生作用,将自锁连杆锁住,恢复到安全状态。
本实用新型具有如下特点:
(1)因为具有自锁连杆装置,从射击口外面无法移动射击口盖板,只能在内部进行操作才能开启射击口盖板,所以防破坏性强,安全程度高。
(2)结构简单、维修容易。
(3)开启操作快捷方便,便于对突发事件的处理。

                    具体实施方式
现通过下列实施方案对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步说明。
图1和图2显示了在车厢1上开有射击口安装孔2,在射击口安装孔的周边装有橡胶缓冲垫3,在缓冲垫的外侧装有外护口圈4,在缓冲垫的内侧装有内护口圈5,内外护口圈通过螺纹连接,将车厢壁夹紧。在外护口圈的外侧面上开有射击口盖板安装槽,在射击口盖板安装槽内装有射击口盖板8。在外护口圈开有自锁连杆孔,自锁连杆孔的方向与射击口轴向相同,在自锁连杆孔内装有自锁连杆7。自锁连杆的前端部与盖板8焊接固定,在自锁连杆的前部具有凸台9,后部装有手柄14,在自锁连杆后部外面套有端套6,端套开有手柄孔17,手柄通过端套上的设备孔17与自锁连杆成螺纹连接。图3上显示端套手柄孔17是长圆形,其长度为自锁连杆操作时的移动距离。自锁连杆中部开有与连杆轴向垂直的盲孔,在盲孔内装有止动弹簧10,在止动弹簧的外端装有钢球11,在自锁连杆盲孔的后面沿轴向开有止动片槽,在止动片槽内装有止动片12,止动片一端压在钢球上,另一端通过销子13与自锁连杆连接。在自锁连杆凸台9与自锁连杆孔形成空隙中装有连杆复位弹簧15,在自锁连杆末端与端套6之间装有端套复位弹簧16,端套复位弹簧的弹力大于止动弹簧的弹力。

1、运钞车防撬射击口,在车厢上具有射击口安装孔,其特征为在射击口安装孔的周边装有缓冲垫,在缓冲垫的外侧装有外护口圈,外护口圈的内侧边伸向射击口安装孔内,在外护口圈的外侧面上开有射击口盖板安装槽,在射击口盖板安装槽内装有射击口盖板,在缓冲垫内侧装有内护口圈,内护口圈通过螺纹与外护口圈连接,在外护口圈上开有自锁连杆孔,自锁连杆孔的方向与射击口的轴向相同,在自锁连杆孔内装有自锁连杆,自锁连杆的前端部与盖板焊接固定,在自锁连杆的前部具有凸台,后部装有手柄,自锁连杆与手柄通过螺纹连接,中部开有与轴向垂直的盲孔,在盲孔内装有止动弹簧,在止动弹簧外端部装有钢球,在自锁连杆的盲孔的后面沿轴向开有止动片槽,止动片槽内装有止动片,一端压在钢球上,止动片另一端通过销子与自锁连杆连接,在自锁连杆后部的外面套有端套,端套与自锁连杆为滑动连接,在自锁连杆凸台与自锁连杆孔形成的空隙中装有连杆复位弹簧,在自锁连杆末端与端套之间装有端套复位弹簧。
