Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种车辆前置刹车灯警示装置，其主要通过将一灯具装设于汽车或摩托车等车辆的车体前车面上，同时将灯具与车辆原有设置的控制单元相连接，当驾驶员刹车减速时，该灯具可以与刹车灯同时亮灯显示，这样，除可明确表达出行车状态外，同时还可警示前方车辆及路上行人等加以注意，避免双方产生误判情势造成车祸发生。

车辆前置刹车灯警示装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种警示装置，特别是关于一种车辆前置刹车灯警示装置。
背景技术
一般车辆高速行驶，为加强警示行车的安全且供后方车辆清楚本车行车状态，仅于车体后方适当位置装设有一刹车灯警示，避免追撞的情势发生。
然而，在车辆行驶中，后方车辆虽可由刹车灯了解本车状态，以适时刹车控制，但遇到前车要进行超车或转弯等状况时，因后方车辆上并未装设任何警示设备，以致于前方车辆无法得知后方车辆的行车状态，而仅后方车辆单方面略为清楚前方车辆行车状态，往往在快速行车过程中易因此造成双方误判情势，导致车祸事故频传，屡见不鲜，实有待改进。就连车辆转弯时，对于穿越马路的行人，由于该刹车灯设于车体后方，使得路人无法得知该车辆的行车状态，仅能由经验判断车辆是否愿意刹车减缓速度让行人通行，除造成人员伤亡事故外，并且双方在判断过程中将会降低行车速度，影响交通，实有待改善。
鉴于上述缺点，有业者进一步研发出另一刹车灯型态：如图1、图2所示，该车辆1仅以汽车为例，该车辆1具有一车体11、一设于车体11上的前刹车灯2、以及带动该车体11移动的车轮12；其中，前刹车灯2包含有外壳21、发光源22及与其匹配的电子电路23，该发光源22能显示出发光讯息，如″Go″、″Stop″等文字讯息，并将该前刹车灯2设置于车辆1的挡风玻璃14处，故当电源被导通时，其光源会发光到特定光亮度及光线分布，使位于车辆1前方的人、车等，可广角度了解该车辆1的动态，以提醒注意。
虽前述前刹车灯2具有警示的效果，但进一步分析该前刹车灯2构造可知，由于该前刹车灯2为兼具文字讯息显示及记录行车相关讯息等功效，所以并非直接与车辆1原有的刹车灯13同时连动显示，使得效果大打折扣，再加上道路状况的***，以及车辆数量的急剧提升，车辆驾驶者根本无暇正确地操作该发光源22应显示的讯息，毕竟一时的疏忽均会酿成车祸事故发生。
再者，该发光源22所显示的″Go″、″Stop″等文字讯息时，美其名欲告知前方车辆1或行人本车正确行车状态，但在快速行车过程中，该发光源22所显示的文字讯息实无法让人清楚了解，前方车辆1的驾驶者仍必须在短暂的时间内加以判断，故非正确的讯息提供，仍易造成误判发生车祸，所以其警示效果不彰，仍有改善空间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车辆前置刹车灯警示装置，其能明确提供行车状况给前方车辆及路上行人知悉，避免双方误判情势造成车祸发生。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种车辆前置刹车灯警示装置，装设于车辆上，该车辆具有一车体、一设于车体上的刹车控制装置；该刹车控制装置包含有一可使车轮减速的刹车器、一连动刹车器的控制单元、以及一连接控制单元的刹车灯，其中：该前置刹车灯警示装置具有一装设在车体前方的灯座、一设于灯座上的灯具、以及一可与灯座盖合的透明灯罩；该灯具与控制单元相连接，按压刹车器时，灯具与刹车灯同时发亮显示。
该灯座装设在车体的前车面上。
该车体上延伸有一后视镜，该后视镜背面可供警示装置的灯座设置。
该车辆的前车面凸设有一保险杆，该警示装置设置于该保险杆上方。
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型在车体的前车面适当位置处装设了前置刹车灯警示装置，其具有一装设在前车面上的灯座、一设于灯座上的灯具、以及一可与灯座盖合的透明灯罩，而该灯具与控制单元相连接，当驾驶员刹车减速时，该灯具可以与刹车灯同时亮灯显示，这样，除可明确表达出行车状态外，同时还可警示前方车辆及路上行人等加以注意，避免双方产生误判情势造成车祸发生。

具体实施方式
在本实用新型被详细描述之前，要注意的是，在以下的说明中，类似的组件是以相同的编号来表示的。
如图3、图4所示，其本实用新型车辆4的前置刹车灯警示装置3的较佳实施例，前述车辆4以汽车为例，该车辆4具有一车体41、一设于车体41上的刹车控制装置42与前置刹车灯警示装置3、以及带动车体41移动的车轮43；其中，车体41具有前车面411、后车面412、左车面413及右车面414，且由该前、后、左、右车面411、412、413、414圈围出一乘车空间415，同时该车体41上延伸有一后视镜44，以及位于前车面411上而凸设的保险杆45。
另，该刹车控制装置42包含有一可使车轮43减速的刹车器421、一连动刹车器421的控制单元422、以及一连接控制单元422的刹车灯423；至于，该前置刹车灯警示装置3具有一装设在前车面411上的灯座31、一设于灯座31上的灯具32、以及一可与灯座31盖合的透明灯罩33，其中，本实施例的灯座31设置于挡风玻璃46处，当然亦可设于后视镜44背面，或者设于保险杆45上方的前车面411上(后两种方式图中未示出)，同时该灯具32与控制单元422相连接，故按压刹车器421时可以同时连动刹车灯423及灯具32亮灯显示。
如图3所示，当车辆4行驶中，如遇有前方汽车要进行超车或转弯时，驾驶员只需依实际状况按压激活刹车器421，这样除使车轮43减速外，同时该灯具32与刹车灯423也可同步亮灯显示，从而将车辆4行进间的行车状况及时告知前方车辆4及行人，此时，对于前方车辆4的驾驶者而言，可以从后视镜44中立即、正确地得知后方车辆4的状态，以决定是否持续进行超车或转弯动作，如此可避免双方车辆4抢道，进而发生车祸事故；至于对欲穿越马路的行人而言，也同样具有告知作用，实可达到主动警示来车及路上行人，确实保障驾驶人员安全及降低车祸发生频率等功效。
如图5所示，其为本实用新型车辆6的前置刹车灯警示装置3另一较佳实施例，本实施例前置刹车灯警示装置3所具有的构造、连结关系及达成的主动警示来车及路上行人，确实保障驾驶人安全及降低车祸发生频率等功效，均同于前一实施例所述，恕不多加详述；而本实施例的特别之处在于该前置刹车灯警示装置3所设置的车辆6系以摩托车为例，该车辆6具有一车体61、一设于车体61上的刹车控制装置62、一控制该车体61方向的手把63，以及带动该车体61移动的车轮64，其中，该车体61具有一前车面611、一后车面612、一左车面613及一右车面614，且该车体61上形成有一座垫615，并且延伸有一后视镜65。
另该刹车控制装置62包含有一可使车体61减速的刹车器621、一连动刹车器621的控制单元622、以及一连接控制单元622的刹车灯623；因车辆构造略有不同，是以，该前置刹车灯警示装置3连结方式则具有一装设在后视镜背面65的灯座31、一设于灯座31上的灯具32、以及一可与灯座31盖合的透明灯罩33，同时该灯具32与控制单元624相连接，故按压刹车器621时可以同时连动刹车灯623及灯具32亮灯显示。
如图5所示，当车辆6行驶中，如遇有前方车辆要进行超车或转弯时，驾驶员只需依实际状况按压激活刹车器621，这样除使车轮64减速外，同时该灯具32与刹车灯623还可同步亮灯显示，以使车辆6行进间的行车状况及时告知前方车辆6及行人，此时，对于前方车辆6的驾驶者而言，可以从后视镜65中立即、正确地得知后方车辆6状态，以决定是否持续进行超车或转弯动作，如此可避免双方车辆6抢道，进而发生车祸事故；至于对欲穿越马路行人而言，也具有告知作用，实可达到主动警示来车及路上行人，确实保障驾驶人安全及降低车祸发生频率等功效。
归纳前述，本实用新型车辆的前置刹车灯警示装置，利用驾驶员按压激活刹车器来触发控制单元，使灯具与刹车灯同时发亮显示，达到主动警示前方车辆及路上行人，避免双方产生误判情势造成车祸发生，以降低车祸事故发生频率等功效。

Claims (4)

1、一种车辆前置刹车灯警示装置，装设于车辆上，该车辆具有一车体、一设于车体上的刹车控制装置；该刹车控制装置包含有一可使车轮减速的刹车器、一连动刹车器的控制单元、以及一连接控制单元的刹车灯，其特征在于：
该前置刹车灯警示装置具有一装设在车体前方的灯座、一设于灯座上的灯具、以及一可与灯座盖合的透明灯罩；该灯具与控制单元相连接，按压刹车器时，灯具与刹车灯同时发亮显示。
2、如权利要求1所述的车辆前置刹车灯警示装置，其特征在于：该灯座装设在车体的前车面上。
3、如权利要求1所述的车辆前置刹车灯警示装置，其特征在于：该车体上延伸有一后视镜，该后视镜背面可供警示装置的灯座设置。
4、如权利要求1所述前置刹车灯警示装置，其特征在于：该车辆的前车面凸设有一保险杆，该警示装置设置于该保险杆上方。
