目前乘用胎带束层主要采用4×0.250C等结构的钢帘线，此类钢帘线帘线表面缝隙小，帘线用量多，成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种开放型、全渗胶型钢帘线，由钢丝编捻而成，钢丝的截面为园形，关键在于它由3根钢丝作同向捻，捻向为S捻，形成正三角形截面。
所述钢帘线的捻距为16mm。
由于是开放型，所以钢丝之间有更多的间隙，便于橡胶的渗透，避免湿气的侵入，从而可以大大提高钢帘线的抗腐蚀疲劳性能。同时帘线强度高，可以减少轮胎中钢帘线的重量，降低轮胎的生产成本。

参照附图，本实用新型一种钢帘线，是由3根钢丝作同向捻制而成，其截面为正三角形，钢丝均为φ0.28mm直径的高强度钢丝，钢帘线捻向为S捻，捻距为16mm。
