本实用新型提供了一种蒸汽瞬间发生器，包括贮水盒，其中在贮水盒上固设有柱形多孔性陶瓷蒸发体，该多孔性陶瓷蒸发体的一头伸入贮水盒内成为吸水段；在多孔性陶瓷蒸发体内设有至少1条蒸汽通孔；在贮水盒外侧的多孔性陶瓷蒸发体***设有电热体；电热体与电源线连接。本实用新型具有结构简单、效率高、蒸汽发生快、使用方便的特点。

本实用新型涉及一种电热蒸汽发生器。
背景技术
蒸汽的产生有多种方法，如传统以容器装水加热沸腾得到蒸汽，或先将水雾化，以雾化的水分子通过发热体产生蒸汽等；这类方法的热率率低，产生蒸汽所需要的时间较长，或只能产生不饱和蒸汽。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、热效率高、蒸汽发生快的一种蒸汽瞬间发生器。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述的技术方案予以实现：一种蒸汽瞬间发生器，包括贮水盒，其中：贮水盒贮存有水，在贮水盒上固设有柱形多孔性陶瓷蒸发体，该多孔性陶瓷蒸发体的一头伸入贮水盒内成为吸水段；在多孔性陶瓷蒸发体内设有至少1条蒸汽通孔；在贮水盒外侧的多孔性陶瓷蒸发体***设有电热体；电热体与电源线连接。
本实用新型进一步的改进方案是：在贮水盒与陶瓷蒸发体之间设有把手，在把手上设有电源开关，温度控制器和保险丝，方便安全使用操作。
本实用新型还可以在贮水盒一侧设有加水口，方便加水及在压力过大时能释放减压。
本实用新型也可以在在贮水盒下部设置排污口和水位探头，方便清洗、排污及防止干烧。
本实用新型利用水本身的内聚力和附着力，循多孔性陶瓷的毛细管，靠毛吸作用在多孔性陶瓷内吸满水份，通过电热体加热，使毛细管内少量的水在瞬间受热蒸发，并通过多孔性陶瓷蒸发体内的蒸汽通孔及水吸入面排出蒸汽；同时，水吸入面排出蒸汽可预热贮水盒内的水并形成压力，将水压入多孔性陶瓷体内，从而不断的产生并排出蒸汽；本实用新型具有结构简单、效率高、蒸汽发生快、使用方便的特点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步地描述，但不构成对本实用新型的任何限制。
如图1所示，本实用新型的蒸汽瞬间发生器，包括贮水盒1，贮水盒1贮存有水，在贮水盒1上固设有柱形多孔性陶瓷蒸发体2，该多孔性陶瓷蒸发体2的一头伸入贮水盒1内成为吸水段21；在多孔性陶瓷蒸发体2内设有1条蒸汽通孔22；蒸汽通孔22的作用是先对贮水盒内的水加压及预热，压力到达定值时即喷出蒸；在贮水盒1外侧的多孔性陶瓷蒸发体2***设有电热体3；电热体3将多孔性陶瓷蒸发体2紧密包住，仅留很小的一个蒸汽出口；电热体3与电源线连接；在贮水盒1与多孔性陶瓷蒸发体2之间设有把手4，在把手4上设有电源开关5、温度控制器6、保险丝7；在贮水盒1一侧设有加水口11，在贮水盒1下部设有排污口12和水位探头13。本实用新型具体使用时，应保证贮水盒中有足够的水，使吸水段21浸在水中，插上电源线，按下开关5，瞬间即有蒸汽排出。

1.一种蒸汽瞬间发生器，包括贮水盒(1)，其特征是：在贮水盒(1)上固设有柱形多孔性陶瓷蒸发体(2)，该多孔性陶瓷蒸发体(2)的一头伸入贮水盒(1)内成为吸水段(21)；在多孔性陶瓷蒸发体(2)内设有至少1条蒸汽通孔(22)；在贮水盒(1)外侧的多孔性陶瓷蒸发体(2)***设有电热体(3)；电热体(3)与电源线连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽瞬间发生器，其特征是：在贮水盒(1)与陶瓷蒸发体(2)之间设有把手(4)，在把手(4)上设有电源开关(5)、温度控制器(6)、保险丝(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蒸汽瞬间发生器，其特征是：在贮水盒(1)一侧设有加水口(11)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的蒸汽瞬间发生器，其特征是：在贮水盒(1)下部设有排污口(12)和水位探头(13)。
