本实用新型公开了一种可防尘及可调角度的伸缩式遮阳篷，该遮阳篷主要由左端盖(1)、篷布罩(3)、角度调整器(4)、支撑臂连接件(5)、篷布罩固定座(6)、右端盖(8)、篷布(9)、后横梁(10)、支撑臂(11)、前沿杆(12)、摇手杆(13)、减速器(14)、滚筒(15)和滚筒支架(16)组成，与原有伸缩式遮阳篷不同的是，本实用新型增加了篷布罩(3)和角度调整器(4)，篷布罩(3)通过固定座(6)连接在后横梁(10)上，它可使篷布(9)长期使用不易变脏；角度调整器(4)固定在后横梁(10)上，并与固接于支撑臂(11)前端的连接件(5)铰接，它可使支撑臂(11)相对后横梁(10)做上下转动及左右转动，从而使遮阳篷可随太阳光的移动而变换遮阳的范围。

Description

一种可防尘及可调角度的伸缩式遮阳蓬
本实用新型涉及一种遮阳蓬，特别是一种可防尘及可调角度的伸缩式遮阳蓬。
遮阳蓬是一种安装在别墅、公寓上用于遮阳的一种布蓬，它可避免强烈的阳光照射到室内。现有的伸缩式遮阳蓬种类较多，但都无法调整高低及左右位置，因而这种遮阳蓬也就无法随太阳光的移动而变换遮阳的范围。另外，现有的遮阳蓬由于蓬布是裸露在外的，因此极易变脏，其灰尘又难以除掉。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种伸缩式遮阳蓬，该遮阳蓬使用时可上、下、左、右进行调整，并且其蓬布不易受到灰尘的污染。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的解决方案是：在原伸缩式遮阳蓬的基础上增加了蓬布罩和角度调整器，蓬布罩罩在滚筒的蓬布上，它通过固定连接在后横梁上，在它的左端和右端分别安装有端盖；角度调整器固定在后横梁上，并与固接于支撑臂前端的连接件铰接。
上述角度调整器主要由固定座、调整板、调整块、支撑轴、防松螺母、调整轴、摇手环和定位轴组成，固定座通过调整板及螺栓、螺母固定在后横梁上，调整轴通过定位轴铰接在固定座上，调整块上开有一斜槽，支撑轴穿过调整块中的斜槽并连接在固定座上，在它的中部攻有螺纹孔，调整轴的一端与摇手环相连，另一端穿过调整块和支撑轴上的螺纹孔后固定在固定座上，在它上面攻有与支撑轴上螺纹孔相配合的外螺纹，支撑臂连接件与支撑臂固接并同时与调整块铰接。
本实用新型由于采用了蓬布罩，从而使得蓬布长久使用都不易变脏，同时本实用新型增加了角度调整器，从而使得支撑臂既可相对于角度调整器左右转动，又可相对于后横梁上下转动，即支撑臂上固定的蓬布可实现上、下、左、右角度的调整。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。

由图1可知，本实用新型主要由左端盖1、墙壁底座2、蓬布罩3、角度调整器4、支撑臂连接件5、蓬布罩固定座6、螺栓7、右端盖8、蓬布9、后横梁10、支撑臂11、前沿杆12、摇手杆13、减速器14、滚筒15和滚筒支架16组成，整个遮阳蓬通过底座2固定在墙上，滚筒15通过滚筒支架16与后横梁10固定连接，前沿杆12固定在蓬布9的前端，蓬布9卷在滚筒15上，使用时拉出，拉出后通过前沿杆12与支撑臂11的前端相连而固定于支撑臂11上，支撑臂11为两个，在它的前端固接有连接件5，蓬布罩3由PVC材料制成，它通过固定座6和螺钉7固定在后横梁10上(如图4所示)，在它的两端分别固定有左端盖1和右端盖8。角度调整器4与后横梁10固接，并与支撑臂连接件5铰接，支撑臂11的结构形式有多种，为了能与各种支撑臂11连接，本实用新型采用了两种结构的支撑臂连接件5，相应地与支撑臂连接件5铰接的角度调整器4也就采用了两种形式，如图2、图3所示，图2中，角度调整器4由固定座401、螺栓402、调整板403、螺母404、防松螺母405、开口销406、轴销407、调整块408、支撑轴409、防松螺母410、调整轴411、摇手环412、螺栓413和定位轴414组成，固定座401通过调整板403、螺栓402和螺母404固定在后横梁10上，调整块408通过定位轴414铰接在固定座401上，调整块408随支撑臂连接件5的结构不同而采用两种形式，如图6、图7所示，图2所示角度调整器4采用的是图6所示调整块的结构，从图6可看出，在调整块408上开有一倾斜的槽，支撑轴409穿过固定座401上的横槽、调整块408上的斜槽后其两端用防松螺母410固定在固定座401上，在它的中部攻有M10的螺纹孔，调整轴411的一端与摇手环412相连，另一端穿过调整块408及支撑轴409上的螺纹孔后用防松螺母405和开口销406固定在固定座401上，在它的中间部份攻有M10的外螺纹。图3所示角度调整器4的结构与图2所示角度调整器4的结构基本相同，只是调整块408采用的是图7所示结构，与支撑臂连接件5的连接形式因此也有所不同。
本实用新型是这样工作的：当通过摇手环412转动调整轴411时，调整轴411上的螺纹驱动支撑轴409上的螺纹上升，由于支撑轴409穿在调整块408的斜槽中，且调整块408又通过定位轴414铰接在固定座401上，因此当支撑轴409上升时，可带动调整块408以定位轴414处为定位点旋转，由于支撑臂11通过连接件5铰接在调整块408上，因此支撑臂11就相对后横梁10作上下转动，从而实现支撑臂11的上下角度调整，即达到了调整遮阳蓬高低的目的。另外，由于支撑臂11通过连接件5、轴销407铰接在调整块408上，因此它还可相对于调整器4左右转动，故本实用新型遮阳蓬可实现上、下、左、右角度的调整。

Claims (2)

1、一种可防尘及可调角度的伸缩式遮阳蓬，它主要包括蓬布(9)、后横梁(10)、支撑臂(11)、前沿杆(12)、摇手杆(13)、减速器(14)、滚筒(15)和滚筒支架(16)，其中滚筒(15)通过滚筒支架(16)与后横梁(10)固定连接，蓬布(9)卷在滚筒(15)上，拉出后通过前沿杆(12)固定于支撑臂(11)上，其特征在于：它还包括有蓬布罩(3)和角度调整器(4)，蓬布罩(3)罩在滚筒(15)的蓬布(9)上，它通过固定座(6)连接在后横梁(10)上，在它的左端和右端分别安装有端盖(1、8)；角度调整器(4)固定在后横梁(10)上，并与固接于支撑臂(11)前端的连接件(5)铰接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种可防尘及可调角度的伸缩式遮阳蓬，其特征在于，角度调整器(4)主要由固定座(401)、调整板(403)、调整块(408)、支撑轴(409)、防松螺母(410)、调整轴(411)、摇手环(412)和定位轴(414)组成，固定座(401)通过调整板(403)及螺栓(402)、螺母(404)固定在后横梁(10)上，调整块(408)通过定位轴(414)铰接在固定座(401)上，调整块(408)上开有一倾斜的槽，支撑轴(409)穿过调整块(408)中的斜槽并连接在固定座(401)上，在它的中部攻有螺纹孔，调整轴(411)的一端与摇手环(412)相连，另一端穿过调整块(408)和支撑轴(409)上的螺纹孔后固定在固定座(401)上，在它上面攻有与支撑轴(409)上螺纹孔相配合的外螺纹，支撑臂连接件(5)与支撑臂(11)固接并同时与调整块(408)铰接。
