Abstract

改进的罗茨鼓风机用机壳,属机械装置,包括中空的内腔及机壳上的进、出风口,机壳内腔呈“8”字形,进、出风口中连接机壳内腔处为长条形管槽,连通外部处为方形孔或圆形孔,该结构可以有效地提高罗茨鼓风机的效率并降低罗茨鼓风机的噪音。

本实用新型涉及用于罗茨鼓风机的机壳,属机械装置。
技术背景
常用的罗茨鼓风机机壳如图1所示,其内孔呈椭圆形,进、出风口为方孔或圆孔,直通机壳内腔,出风口处设有导风槽,这种机壳结构的缺陷是内孔中密封区域较少,出风效率低,同时回风多,噪音高。
发明内容
本实用新型正是为了克服上述不足,提供一种效率高、噪音低的罗茨鼓风机用机壳,其创新点在于改变机壳的内腔形状,进、出风口中连接机壳内腔处为长条形管槽,连通外部处为方形孔或圆形孔,具体是这样来实现的:改进的罗茨鼓风机用机壳,包括中空的内腔及机壳上的进、出风口,其特征在于机壳内腔呈“8”字形,进、出风口中连接机壳内腔处为长条形管槽,连通外部处为方形孔或圆形孔。这种机壳结构,出风口无需设计导风槽,风机运行中内腔里回风少,噪音低,出风效率高。
根据不同的机型大小及设计要求,本实用新型机壳内腔一圆心与进、出风口之间的夹角α(参考图3)设计为30°-180°,进、出风口宽度尺寸B与长度尺寸L之间的比值为1∶1.2-1∶20,进、出风口长度尺寸L与机壳总宽度尺寸L0的比值为1∶1-1∶10。
经过试验,“8”字形的机壳内腔结构可以有效地提高罗茨鼓风机的效率并降低罗茨鼓风机的噪音。

改进的罗茨鼓风机用机壳,中空机壳内腔(1)呈“8”字形,进风口(2)、出风口(3)中连接机壳内腔(1)处为长条形管槽(4),连通外部处为方形孔(5)。

1.改进的罗茨鼓风机用机壳,包括中空的内腔及机壳上的进、出风口,其特征在于机壳内腔呈“8”字形,进、出风口中连接机壳内腔处为长条形管槽,连通外部处为方形孔或圆形孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罗茨鼓风机用机壳,其特征在于机壳内腔一圆心与进、出风口之间的夹角α设计为30°-180°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的罗茨鼓风机用机壳,其特征在于进、出风口宽度尺寸B与长度尺寸L之间的比值为1∶1.2-1∶20。
4.根据权利要求1所述的罗茨鼓风机用机壳,其特征在于进、出风口长度尺寸L与机壳总宽度尺寸L0的比值为1∶1-1∶10。
