Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型矿灯。申请人以前研制的“LED冷光源矿灯”和“发光二极管本质安全型矿灯灯头”等矿灯,均采用若干只LED管和对应的透镜组成群组式冷光源,聚光不够理想,不利于矿工使用。本实用新型的目的是提高冷光源的聚光性能,增加冷光源射出的光能量,改变原光源存在的缺点,更方便矿工使用。其结构是灯座6内的PCB板5上固定单只高能量LED管4、作为一组组合聚光结构的曲面反光镜3和抛物镜9,灯圈2前端镶嵌平镜1,其优点是显著提高了光源的聚光性能。

抛物镜式LED矿灯
(一)、所述领域:本实用新型涉及一种新型抛物镜式LED矿灯。
(二)、背景技术:本实用新型申请人以前研制的“LED冷光源矿灯”和“发光二极管本质安全型矿灯灯头”等矿灯,目的均用于井下照明通用的安全矿灯,其结构均采用若干只LED管和对应的透镜组成群组式冷光源,由于LED管的聚光不够理想,而不利于矿工使用。
(三)、发明内容:本实用新型的目的是在申请人原设计的矿灯的基础上,研制一种新型抛物镜式LED矿灯,在矿灯体积基本不变的条件下,提高冷光源的聚光性能,增加冷光源射出的光能量,更方便矿工使用。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:
在发光装置中,灯座6内的PCB板5上固定LED管4、曲面反光镜3和抛物镜9,其中LED管4是单只高能量发光二极管,曲面反光镜3和抛物镜9*-+为一组组合聚光结构,灯圈2前端镶嵌平镜1。
本实用新型的优点和效果:
1、经试制试用,与背景技术比较,冷光源的聚光性能得到改善,提高了射出的光强度和光能量。
2、由于采用单只高能量LED管和一组抛物镜组合(抛物镜9和曲面反光镜3)作为组合聚光结构,射出的光颜色为白光,有利于矿工使用。
(四)、附图说明:附图是整体结构示意图,图中标号:1-平镜,2-灯圈,3-曲面反光镜,4-LED管,5-PCB板,6-灯座,7-密封圈,8-反光镜支腿,9-抛物镜。
(五)、具体实施例:参见附图,矿灯灯座6内止口处放置PCB板(线路板)5,PCB板5也可用散热铝板替换。在该PCB板5上用螺钉、螺母固定单只高能量LED管4、并连接抛物镜9和曲面反光镜3,在灯圈2前端装配平镜1,在图中平镜1用密封圈7裹住周边,紧压在抛物镜9和灯圈2之间,灯座6上端面放密封圈7,用灯圈2连接灯座6,组成一个密封的整体。本实用新型的特点:一是采用单只高能量的LED管4,二是用一组抛物镜组合(抛物镜9和曲面反光镜3)作为组合聚光结构。

1、抛物镜式LED矿灯,由灯座(6)和灯圈(2)连接的内部装配发光装置组成整体,其特征是:在发光装置中,灯座(6)内的PCB板(5)上固定LED管(4)、曲面反光镜(3)和抛物镜(9),其中LED管(4)是单只高能量发光二极管,曲面反光镜(3)和抛物镜(9)为一组组合聚光结构,灯圈(2)前端镶嵌平镜(1)。
