Abstract

本实用新型是一种改进的杆连接装置，其特点是被连接杆一端头有T形插头，另一端连接杆端头有与T形插头对应的套筒，T形插头外缘固定有销钉，金属套筒相对T形插头的前端有夹嵌销钉的槽口。包容两被连接杆端头的连接套内壁有内螺纹，可与金属套筒及T形插头上的外螺纹咬合连接。本实用新型连接装置装拆方便，使用可靠，正反转动被连接杆都不会使连接装置松动。该装置可用于电力拉线杆等多种杆状工具。

本实用新型涉及机械连接件，具体而言是一种杆连接装置。
                           背景技术
在生产作业和日常生活中，经常使用细长的杆件工具，为了制造和携带方便，又常将细长的杆、棒分段，使用时再现场连接成长杆使用，如电工部门使用的拉闸杆等。由于现有杆件工具的连接装置大都采用螺纹，这就在使用中出现了下述问题，即只能顺螺纹方向转杆作业，而反螺纹方向转杆作业时就会使连接装置松脱，影响使用。
                           发明内容
本实用新型就是要提供一种接、拆方便，使用可靠，且能任意转杆作业的杆连接装置。
为此而设计的杆连接装置，由两被连接杆两端头和连接套组成，一被连接杆端头有T形插头，另一被连接杆端头有与T形头对应的金属套筒，T形插头前端外缘固定有销钉，金属套筒相对T形插头的前端有夹嵌销钉的槽口，连接套可包容两被连接杆端头，其内壁有内螺纹在两连接杆连接时与金属套筒及T形插头上的外螺纹卡扣连接。
连接两杆时，将T形插头***金属套筒，使销钉置于金属套筒槽口内，再转动连接套使其内壁的螺纹与金属套筒及T形插头上的外螺纹咬合，两杆就牢固地连成一体，而且不管正转反转被连接杆，都不会使连接装置松动，只有反转连接套才会使连接装置及两杆松开。
为了减少杆身重量或保证绝缘性能，只将T形凸头与后端有螺纹的套筒制成金属件，并分别与非金属绝缘杆固定连接，制成如电工部门使用的拉闸杆等。

                       具体实施方式
如图1所示，带拉线勾头9的电工拉线杆由两节或多节绝缘杆1、8连接成长杆作业。绝缘杆1被连接端固定套装有带金属套筒5的端头2，金属套筒5后端有外螺纹3。绝缘杆8被连接端固定套装带T形插头11的端头7，T形插头11的前端外缘固定有销钉12，T形插头11的前端置于套筒5内，金属套筒5前端有槽口13夹嵌T形插头11前端外缘上的销钉12，连接套10包容端头2和端头7，连接套10上端的内螺纹4可卡套扣住T形插头11上的外螺纹6，其下端内壁的内螺纹4与金属套筒5上的外螺纹3啮合。

1、一种杆连接装置，由两被连接杆端头和连接套组成，其特征在于一被连接杆端头(7)有T形插头(11)，另一被连接杆端头(2)有与T形插头(11)对应的金属套筒(5)，T形插头(11)前端外缘固定有销钉(12)，金属套筒相对T形插头(11)前端有夹嵌销钉(12)的槽口(13)，连接套(10)可包容两被连接杆端头(2)(7)，其内壁有内螺纹(4)在两杆连接时与金属套筒(5)及T形插头(11)上的外螺纹(3)(6)卡扣、连接。
