Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种带有可抽出式活动内衬的电烤箱，其特征在于所述内衬为活动组合结构，活动内衬是可放入洗碗槽或洗碗机中浸泡和清洗而单独分开的板块状。烤架导轨设计在左右活动内部衬板上，活动内衬是可分块从电烤箱内一一抽出而单独分开的板块状。在电烤箱内腔固定的左右侧板上分别装有两条夹条，作为左右活动内衬的滑动导轨，左右活动内衬沿夹条***和抽出。所述夹条支撑烤架。下面的活动内衬放在底板上，同时兼作接渣盘使用。后面的活动内衬从后壳上部的长条形缺口***烤箱内腔。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种带可抽出式活动内衬的电烤箱。
背景技术：
电烤箱烤制食物确实是美味可口，可很多人从目前市面上买回电烤箱便用了几次之后，会发现有件事情颇为头痛，那就是电烤箱内腔的清洁，特别是在烤制完带油脂的食物之后，很难完全清洁干净，即使是不锈钢内腔或带不沾涂层的内腔，由于电热管等一些结构上的阻碍，亦不便清洁。放置一段时间后，容易滋生细菌和产生异味。影响了一些潜在消费者的购买欲望。也有人设计了一种整体式的活动内胆，加装在电烤箱内，可克服上述缺陷，但要将电热管改装到后内板上，增加了电烤箱的成本和体积，同时整体式的活动内胆体积宠大，一般的洗碗槽和洗碗机不易容下，给浸泡和清洗带来不便。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种带可抽出式活动内衬的电烤箱。
本实用新型针对现有技术中存在的上述弊端而设计。
本实用新型在现有电烤箱结构的基础上，增设活动内部衬板。
所述活动内部衬板由不锈钢或带不沾喷涂板制成。
所述活动内衬为***结构。
活动内衬是可放入洗碗槽或洗碗机中浸泡和清洗而单独分开的板块状。烤架导轨设置在左右活动内部衬板上，活动内衬是可分块从电烤箱内一一抽出而单独分开的板块状。
在电烤箱内腔固定的左右侧板上分别装有两条夹条，作为左右活动内衬的滑动导轨，左右活动内衬沿夹条***和抽出。
所述夹条支撑烤架。
下面的活动内衬放在底板上，同时兼作接渣盘使用。
由于本实用新型选择了上述技术方案，从而具有如下优点：
1.烤箱内腔可长期保持清洁如新；
2.活动内衬可抽出，可浸泡，可放入洗碗槽或洗碗机中清洗；
3.活动内衬成板块状，体积小，一般的洗碗槽和洗碗机均能容纳；
4.适用范围广，一般电烤箱均可改装、加装该功能。

具体实施方式：
以下结合附图详述本实用新型。如图所示：
本实用新型在现有电烤箱结构的基础上，再加一层活动内部衬板。所述内部衬板由不锈钢或带不沾喷涂板制成。
所述内部衬板优选活动组合结构。
其工作原理和结构示意如附图，内部衬板分为单独的几块，左面、右面、下面、后面各一块，如有必要上面也可加一块。在电烤箱内腔固定的左右侧板5上分别装有两条夹条2，作为左右活动内衬的滑动导轨，烤架导轨设计在左右活动内衬3和6上。下面的活动内衬4放在底板上，同时兼作接渣盘使用。后面的活动内衬1从后壳上部的长条形缺口***烤箱内腔。上面如要活动内衬则直接架在上电热管左右瓷座上。食物烤制完毕，所有的活动内部衬板均可以从电烤箱中抽出，放入洗碗槽或洗碗机中浸泡清洗。

1.一种带有可抽出式活动内衬的电烤箱，其特征在于所述内衬为活动组合结构，活动内衬是可放入洗碗槽或洗碗机中浸泡和清洗而单独分开的板块状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有可抽出式活动内部衬板的电烤箱，其特征在于烤架导轨设计在左右活动内部衬板上，活动内衬是可分块从电烤箱内一一抽出而单独分开的板块状。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种带有可抽出式活动内部衬板的电烤箱，其特征在于，在电烤箱内腔固定的左右侧板上分别装有两条夹条，作为左右活动内衬的滑动导轨，左右活动内衬沿夹条***和抽出。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种带有可抽出式活动内部衬板的电烤箱，其特征在于，所述夹条支撑烤架。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种带有可抽出式活动内部衬板的电烤箱，其特征在于，下面的活动内衬放在底板上，同时兼作接渣盘使用。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种带有可抽出式活动内部衬板的电烤箱，其特征在于后面的活动内衬从后壳上部的长条形缺口***烤箱内腔。
