本实用新型公开了一种能使骨折端持续加压,同时使骨折端抗旋转的自动加压带锁髓内针。适用于四肢长管状骨骨干各种类型的骨折内固定。主要有主针〔3〕、内交锁孔〔4〕、外交锁孔〔5〕、外交锁钉〔6〕、内交锁钉〔7〕、外加压滑槽〔10〕、内加压滑槽〔8〕、加压弹簧〔12〕、加压螺杆〔2〕等部分组成。具有使骨折愈合快、手术一次成功等特点。

自动加压带锁髓内针
本实用新型涉及一种在现有交锁髓内针基础上改进的自动加压带锁髓内针,主要应用于四肢长管状骨骨干各种类型的骨折内固定。
目前治疗管状骨骨干骨折,普遍采用交锁髓内针固定,由于交锁钉的存在,阻碍骨折端的接触,使骨折端缺乏应力,延长骨折愈合时间。
本实用新型是在现有带锁髓内针技术基础上改进的,由原来静力性固定改进为动力性固定,能使骨折端持续加压,同时骨折端抗旋转,可使手术一次成功。
本实用新型由主针、外交锁孔、内交锁孔、内交锁钉、外交锁钉组成,其特征是主针另一端开内加压滑槽和外加压滑槽,槽内分别装有内加压交锁钉和外加压交锁钉,外加压交锁钉外侧装有加压弹簧,加压弹簧另一端装有加压螺杆,加压螺杆外丝与主针内丝相配合可旋进旋出,加压螺杆顶部有内六角孔。
本实用新型使用方法及定位***与普通带锁髓内针基本相同。当向里旋动加压螺钉一定位置时,加压弹簧压力作用于外加压交锁钉,外加压交锁钉和内加压交锁钉分别在外加压滑槽内和内加压滑槽内滑动,通过内交锁孔和外交锁孔内的内外交锁钉使骨折端持续加压,加快骨折愈合,且能使骨折端抗旋转,使动力化固定一次成功。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。附图为实用新型的结构示意图。图中,1-内六角孔,2-加压螺杆,3-主针,4-内交锁孔,5-外交锁孔,6-外交锁钉,7-内交锁钉,8-内加压滑槽,9-内加压交锁钉,10-外加压滑槽,11-外加压交锁钉,12-加压弹簧。
本实用新型的实施例是一种不锈钢结构的自动加压带锁髓内针,由主针〔3〕、内交锁孔〔4〕、外交锁孔〔5〕、外交锁钉〔6〕、内交锁钉〔7〕、内加压交锁钉〔9〕、外加压交锁钉〔11〕组成,与现有技术基本相同。在主针〔3〕另一端开内加压滑槽〔8〕和外加压滑槽〔10〕,内腔一端套丝并装有加压弹簧〔12〕,加压弹簧〔12〕一端推动外加压交锁钉〔11〕,另一端作用于加压螺杆〔2〕,用内六角板手可旋转内六角孔〔1〕以调整压力大小。

1、一种在现有带锁髓内针基础上改进的自动加压带锁髓内针,包括主针〔3〕、内交锁孔〔4〕、外交锁孔〔5〕、外交锁钉〔6〕、内交锁钉〔7〕、内加压交锁钉〔9〕、外加压交锁钉〔11〕,其特征在于主针〔3〕内腔装有加压弹簧〔12〕,且与加压螺杆〔2〕相接触,一端开内加压滑槽〔8〕、外加压滑槽〔10〕。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动加压带锁髓内针,其特征在于加压螺杆〔2〕顶端开有内六角孔〔1〕。
