Description

夹层光调变色玻璃
本实用新型涉及玻璃制品,具体地说就是夹层光调变色玻璃。
目前使用的各种玻璃,只有单一的色彩功能,要么为无色,要么为有色。色深、色浅全都是在生产过程中所制定好的,不能随阳光的照射改变光线透视度,因而,使得透光率及色彩度都是固定不变的。因此,使人们使用玻璃受到了一定的制约。
为克服上述之不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种夹层光调变色玻璃。无论将此玻璃使用在何处,都能根据太阳光照射的强弱来自动调节透光率和色彩度,保证人们居室的清晰和透明的效果。
一种夹层光调变色玻璃,它包括平板玻璃1、封口胶片2,其特征在于:在两块平板玻璃1之间夹有一层由甲基丙烯酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、甲基丙烯酸、引发剂、抗氧剂、光敏变色化合物液态物质聚合形成的膜3。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,不仅具有防暴裂之优点,且能在本色下随太阳光线照射的强弱自动调节色彩深浅直至无色的特点。
附图为本实新型的示意图。
实施例:根据附图制造本品。首先将甲基丙烯酸甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、甲基丙烯酸、引发剂、抗氧剂、光敏变色化合物一并加入加热容器里,加热至60℃混合搅拌均匀,然后冷却,混合原料冷却后加入真空容器里抽至真空95%以上,取出为彩色浆液。
其次,将白色平板玻璃1洗净干燥,再将两块玻璃1重叠,两块玻璃重叠时留有2mm的间隙,用密封胶片2将间隙的三条边密封,使两块玻璃之间形成一个2mm的空隙,留一边不密封,用于灌彩色浆液。
再后将三边密封的夹层玻璃放在40℃的水中,未密封的一边留在水外,将彩色浆液从未密封的一边注入夹层玻璃的间隙里,注入时,始终保证玻璃面与水平面垂直,边灌边将玻璃逐步往下沉,使灌入夹层玻璃的浆液面始终与水平面相平,直至将间隙灌满为止。然后用密封胶片2将未密封的一边密封后,将夹层玻璃全部沉入水中,加温到180℃,保温10小时,再加温100℃,保温2小时后,停止保温,待水降到30℃时,取出夹层玻璃,自然晾干。此时在2块平板玻璃1之间的彩色浆液聚合形成了膜3,而成为本品。

1、一种夹层光调变色玻璃,它包括平板玻璃(1)、封口胶片(2),其特征在于:在两块平板玻璃(1)之间夹有一层由甲基丙烯酸甲酯,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,邻苯二甲酸二甲酯,甲基丙烯酸,引发剂抗氧剂,光敏变色化合物,液态物质聚合形成的膜(3)。
