Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种膜热恒温式间接喉镜,由镜片1、镜片固定壳2、手柄3构成,在镜片1与镜片固定壳2的底部之间夹有膜加热片4,膜加热片4周沿的外侧设有双金属温度感应片自控开关5,膜加热片4通过导线6与电池7连接,手柄3为空心管,管内设有温度显示表8。该膜热恒温式间接喉镜,温度可显示,并可将镜片温度自动控制在安全范围内,使用可靠、不结雾、提高了检查质量,可广泛用于咽喉病变的窥视检查。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及间接喉镜的改进,具体地说是一种膜热恒温式间接喉镜,适用于咽喉病变的窥视检查。
背景技术
间接喉镜是耳鼻喉科医生用于咽喉部常规检查的常用器具,由镜片、镜片固定壳、手柄构成,手柄为直径3-5mm、长200mm的钢丝,与镜片固定壳固定为一整体,并呈一定角度,对于下咽部肿物、喉及下咽部病变必须借助间接喉镜才能窥视检查,使用时,首先将镜片及镜片固定壳置于酒精灯上加热,使镜片温度升至38-40℃C,再放入口中,通过反射进行检查,加热至38-40℃C的目的是防止镜面结雾,但这种间接喉镜的缺点是:放入口腔后,因温度往往不易控制,温度偏低时呼吸气流的温度高于镜面温度,往往在镜片表面凝结一层雾滴,影响检查质量,温度过高时,又易造成烫伤。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种温度可自行加热,且温度可视,并自动控制在36-40℃之间的膜热恒温式间接喉镜。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:该膜热恒温式间接喉镜,由镜片、镜片固定壳、手柄构成,在镜片与镜片固定壳的底部之间夹有膜加热片,膜加热片周沿的外侧设有双金属温度感应片自控开关,膜加热片通过导线与电池连接,手柄为空心管,管内设有温度显示表。本实用新型还通过如下措施实施:所述的膜加热片为圆形的绝缘陶瓷薄片和电热膜层构成,电热膜层涂敷在绝缘陶瓷薄片朝镜片的一面上,电热膜层主要用聚脂、石墨等材料制作,电热膜层的一端通过导线连接电池,另一端接在内部触点上;所述的双金属温度感应片自控开关为一双金属片半圆环,受热涨开,温度降低收缩,其一端固定在绝缘陶瓷薄片上,另一端通过绝缘接头固定上开关触点,开关触点通过导线与电池连接;所述的温度显示表为酒精柱温度表,其感应头部设在镜片的底部,可及时显示镜片的温度;二根导线均设在手柄的空心管内,电池设在手柄端部管内,并设有开关。应用本实用新型时,先打开开关,接通电池,膜加热片开始发热,当温度显示表上的数值超过36℃时,即可使用,若超过40℃时,由双金属温度感应片的涨开力使电路自动断开,膜加热片不再加热,保证安全使用。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:与目前使用的间接喉镜相比,温度可显示,并可将镜片温度自动控制在安全范围内,使用可靠、不结雾、提高了检查质量。

具体实施方式
参照附图1、2、3、4制作本实用新型。该膜热恒温式间接喉镜,由镜片1、镜片固定壳2、手柄3构成,在镜片1与镜片固定壳2的底部之间夹有膜加热片4,膜加热片4周沿的外侧设有双金属温度感应片自控开关5,膜加热片4通过导线6与电池7连接,手柄3为空心管,管内设有温度显示表8。所述的膜加热片4为圆形的绝缘陶瓷薄片13和电热膜层12构成,电热膜层12涂敷在绝缘陶瓷薄片13朝向镜片1的一面上,电热膜层12主要用聚脂、石墨等材料制作,其制作方法为公知技术,故不再描述,电热膜层12的一端通过导线6连接电池7,另一端接在内部触点上;所述的双金属温度感应片自控开关5为一双金属片半圆环9,受热涨开,温度降低收缩,其一端固定在绝缘陶瓷薄片13上,另一端通过绝缘接头10固定上开关触点11,开关触点11通过导线6′与电池7连接;所述的温度显示表8为酒精柱温度表,其感应头部设在镜片1的底部;二根导线6、6′均设在手柄3的空心管内,电池7设在手柄3端部管内,并设有开关14。
Claims (4)
1、一种膜热恒温式间接喉镜,由镜片(1)、镜片固定壳(2)、手柄(3)构成,其特征在于在镜片(1)与镜片固定壳(2)的底部之间夹有膜加热片(4),膜加热片(4)周沿的外侧设有双金属温度感应片自控开关(5),膜加热片(4)通过导线(6)与电池(7)连接,手柄(3)为空心管,管内设有温度显示表(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的膜热恒温式间接喉镜,其特征在于所述的膜加热片(4)为圆形的绝缘陶瓷薄片(13)和电热膜层(12)构成,电热膜层(12)涂敷在绝缘陶瓷薄片(13)朝向镜片(1)的一面上,电热膜层(12)的一端通过导线(6)连接电池(7),另一端接在内部触点上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的膜热恒温式间接喉镜,其特征在于所述的双金属温度感应片自控开关(5)为一双金属片半圆环(9),其一端固定在绝缘陶瓷薄片(13)上,另一端通过绝缘接头(10)固定上开关触点(11),开关触点(11)通过导线(6′)与电池(7)连接。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的膜热恒温式间接喉镜,其特征在于所述的温度显示表(8)为酒精柱温度表,其感应头部设在镜片(1)的底部;二根导线(6、6′)均设在手柄(3)的空心管内,电池(7)设在手柄(3)端部管内,并设有开关(14)。
