本实用新型涉及一种薄膜复贴机,尤其涉及一种用于在纺织面料或无纺布上复贴薄膜的设备。
背景技术
采用布袋除尘是消除工业废气、保护环境的有效手段之一,它既可减少环境污染,同时又可将粉尘回收利用,有利于节约资源。为了扩大布袋的使用范围,提高布袋的使用寿命,采用复贴能防止酸碱腐蚀,又具有防水透气性能的薄膜成了发展趋势。现有技术的薄膜复贴,如中国专利99119214.4是将成卷的面层织物安装在涂布机上,使面层织物连续通过涂布装置,在所述织物上涂布胶粘剂,然后将涂有胶粘剂的面层织物与薄膜等速重叠后进入复合装置,经层压及热烘处理复合为一体后收卷。该涂布机占地面积较大,设备投资较多,经该机加工的产品其撕裂强度还有待提高。
本实用新型主要是解决现有技术所存在的设备投资较多,占地面积较大,产品的撕裂强度还有待提高等的技术问题。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:具有动力***、传动***、控制***、滚筒、各种辊,其特征是在加热滚筒四周装有多个压辊,上胶滚筒与加热滚筒之间设有加热装置。
作为优选,所述的压辊后面带有汽缸或液压缸,所述的加热装置为热风器,所述的上胶滚筒下端装有带有汽缸或液压缸的压辊(10),所述的上胶滚筒的侧面设有刮刀,刮刀下面装有调节刮刀与上胶滚筒之间距离的丝杆。
本实用新型由于在上胶滚筒与加热滚筒之间设有热风器,并在加热滚筒四周设有多个压辊,具有结构紧凑、合理,占地面积小,生产成本低,加工后的产品的层间撕裂强度高等特点。

下面通过实施例,并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
如图所示,在设备的动力、传动、控制******控制下,将成卷的面层织物11放在开卷辊1上开卷,通过多个过渡辊进入上胶滚筒2,上胶滚筒2在转动过程中与胶盒中的胶接触,滚筒上的胶层厚度根据面层织物11的厚度、材质等因素综合确定,再控制调节丝杆10调节刮刀4与上胶滚筒2之间的间隙,上胶滚筒2下面的压辊使用与否,与面层织物的厚度有关,本实施例用无纺布与薄膜13复贴,因材质较厚而未使用压辊10,经上胶后的面层织物11在与薄膜13复合前,通过热风器5,热风器5的温度控制在30-40℃之间,然后与安装在膜架7上的薄膜13复合后通过加热滚筒3,本实施例的加热滚筒3四周装有四个用气缸加压的压辊6,也可采用液压缸加压,压辊6根据面层织物的厚度,可仅使用一个也可使用二个甚至四个,加热滚筒3的温度可根据材质,在60-100℃之间进行调整,实施例所示的加热滚筒的旋转方向为顺时针方向,实际应用时也可逆时针方向,此时,复贴织物的进料方向也应改变,经复贴和加压烘干后的成品,在收卷架8收卷即成。本实用新型的面层织物可以是机织物或针织物,也可以是无纺布;薄膜可以是聚四氟乙烯、聚酯、聚氨脂等微孔薄膜。

1、一种薄膜复贴机,具有动力***、传动***、控制***、滚筒、各种辊,其特征在于:加热滚筒(3)四周装有多个压辊(6),上胶滚筒(2)与加热滚筒(3)之间设有加热装置(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的薄膜复贴机,其特征在于:所述的压辊(6)后面带有汽缸或液压缸(9)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的薄膜复贴机,其特征在于:所述的加热装置(5)为热风器。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的薄膜复贴机,其特征在于:所述的上胶滚筒(2)下端装有带有汽缸或液压缸的压辊(10)。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的薄膜复贴机,其特征在于:所述的上胶滚筒(2)的侧面设有刮刀(4),刮刀(4)下面装有调节刮刀(4)与上胶滚筒(2)之间距离的丝杆(12)。
