Abstract

本实用新型的风能汲水泵的技术方案是:将螺旋桨的固定主轴通过变速箱的输出曲柄与泵杆垂直动配合连接,在缸体内固定于泵杆下端的活塞的盘片上有通孔,在活塞的上侧覆盖有单向封闭的膜片。缸体与井筒的固定连接处有单向封闭的汲水浮阀,在缸体的上部有排水口。其优点是:结构简单,机械性能可靠,故障率低,能量机械损耗小,汲水能力强。

本实用新型属于取水装置、泵、风力机械,特别涉及一种风能汲水泵。
背景技术
现有的以风能为动力的抽水机已有较多的应用,如ZL96213895.5号的“风力抽水机”专利。但因其设计不合理,存在结构复杂、动力损耗较大、机械故障较多、工作效率低下等缺点。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在设计一种结构简单,机械性能稳定可靠的风能汲水泵。本实用新型的风能汲水泵的技术方案是:将螺旋桨的固定主轴通过变速箱的输出曲柄与泵杆垂直动配合连接,在缸体内固定于泵杆下端的活塞的盘片上有通孔,在活塞的上侧覆盖有单向封闭的膜片。缸体与井筒的固定连接处有汲水单向浮阀,在缸体的上部有排水口。
本实用新型设计的风能汲水泵,结构简单,机械性能可靠,故障率低,能量机械损耗小,汲水能力强。

本实用新型的风能汲水泵的典型实施例是:主要由螺旋桨(1)带动泵杆(2)连接活塞(4)构成的风能汲水泵。其中,是把螺旋桨(1)的传动主轴(5)通过变速箱(6)的输出曲柄(7)与泵杆(2)垂直动配合连接,固定于泵杆(2)的下端的活塞(4)的盘片上有通孔(8),在活塞(4)的上侧覆盖有单向封闭的膜片(9),缸体(3)与井筒(10)的固定连接处有汲水单向浮阀(11),在缸体的上部有排水口(12)。
