复合保温风管,涉及空调配套设施,尤其是复合风管的设计。本实用新型的目的是提供一种无须模具、制作简单、费用低、劳动强度小的复合保温风管,由三层构成,由内至外依次为玻镁板层、聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板保温层和可折外保护层,各层用胶粘接而成。与现有风管相比,消除了一种尺寸一个模具的做法,制作简单,内层玻镁板层防腐,使用寿命长,可折外保护层可采用铝箔、锡箔或阻燃聚酯箔,具有良好的阻燃、防水、耐腐蚀性能。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及空调配套设施,尤其是复合风管的设计。
(二)背景技术
现有中央空调配套的无机复合保温风管内外层为无机玻璃钢,中间层为保温层,这种风管必须用木制模具先制胎模,然后在模具上制作风管,施工周期长、费用高、劳动强度大,而且现场不能改动。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种无须模具、制作简单、费用低、劳动强度小的复合保温风管。
本实用新型是这样实现的:复合保温风管,由三层构成,其特征是:由内至外依次为玻镁板层、聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板保温层和可折外保护层,各层用胶粘接而成。
本实用新型的优点是:与现有风管相比,消除了一种尺寸一个模具的做法,制作简单,内层玻镁板层防腐、防火、防潮,使用寿命长,可折外保护层可采用铝箔、锡箔或阻燃聚酯复合箔,具有良好的阻燃、防水、耐腐蚀性能。

复合保温风管,内层玻镁板层1与聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板保温层2,用胶粘接,按要求尺寸、形状制作成通风管道,然后用胶将可折外保护层3与聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板保温层2粘接,可折外保护层可以采用铝箔、锡箔或阻燃聚酯复合箔。
