复合保温风管，涉及空调配套设施，尤其是复合风管的设计。本实用新型的目的是提供一种无须模具、制作简单、费用低、劳动强度小的复合保温风管，由三层构成，由内至外依次为玻镁板层、聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板保温层和可折外保护层，各层用胶粘接而成。与现有风管相比，消除了一种尺寸一个模具的做法，制作简单，内层玻镁板层防腐，使用寿命长，可折外保护层可采用铝箔、锡箔或阻燃聚酯箔，具有良好的阻燃、防水、耐腐蚀性能。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及空调配套设施，尤其是复合风管的设计。
(二)背景技术
现有中央空调配套的无机复合保温风管内外层为无机玻璃钢，中间层为保温层，这种风管必须用木制模具先制胎模，然后在模具上制作风管，施工周期长、费用高、劳动强度大，而且现场不能改动。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种无须模具、制作简单、费用低、劳动强度小的复合保温风管。
本实用新型是这样实现的：复合保温风管，由三层构成，其特征是：由内至外依次为玻镁板层、聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板保温层和可折外保护层，各层用胶粘接而成。
本实用新型的优点是：与现有风管相比，消除了一种尺寸一个模具的做法，制作简单，内层玻镁板层防腐、防火、防潮，使用寿命长，可折外保护层可采用铝箔、锡箔或阻燃聚酯复合箔，具有良好的阻燃、防水、耐腐蚀性能。

复合保温风管，内层玻镁板层1与聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板保温层2，用胶粘接，按要求尺寸、形状制作成通风管道，然后用胶将可折外保护层3与聚苯乙烯挤塑泡沫板保温层2粘接，可折外保护层可以采用铝箔、锡箔或阻燃聚酯复合箔。
