Abstract

背景技术
现有引入光缆结构一般为层绞式或中心束管式光缆,层绞式光缆的外径较大,重量重、施工不便;中心束管式光缆抗侧压强度较低,引入用户由于楼内布线折弯较多,光缆易损坏。
发明内容
为了克服现有引入光缆的不足,本实用新型提供一种骨架式引入光缆,它具有重量较轻、便于施工、抗侧压强度较高的优点。
本实用新型所提供的骨架式引入光缆,包括缆芯(3)及外护层(10),缆芯(3)内含有光纤(5)及其紧套管(6)组成的紧套光纤单元,缆芯(3)内设置周边开槽(1)的圆形骨架式加强芯(7),紧套光纤单元嵌入槽(1)内,在槽(1)内放置阻水物(4),在缆芯(3)与外护层(10)之间依次包覆包扎层(8)、防水层(9)。
为了使本实用新型具有更好的抗侧压强度,可以在骨架式加强芯(7)的中央设置加强件(2)。
本实用新型的有益效果是作为引入光缆便于施工,不易损坏。

具体实施方式
采用聚乙烯材料挤制包覆中央加强件(2)的骨架式加强芯(7)后,将紧套光纤单元嵌入槽(1)内,依次包覆包扎层(8)、防水层(9)及用低烟无卤材料作原料的外护层(10)。

1、一种骨架式引入光缆,包括缆芯及外护层,缆芯内含有光纤及其紧套管组成的紧套光纤单元,其特征在于缆芯内设置周边开槽的圆形骨架式加强芯,紧套光纤单元嵌入槽内,在槽内放置阻水物,在缆芯与外护层之间依次包覆包扎层、防水层。
2、按权利要求1所述的骨架式引入光缆,其特征在于在骨架式加强芯的中央设置加强件。
