本实用新型涉及一种法兰盘式止浆封孔器。在公路建设工程中,在通过诸如煤矿采空区等不良地质路段时,为了保证路基不发生沉降变形,常采用全充填注浆法对采空区进行治理,托盘式止浆封孔器是该治理方法工艺中的关键点。本实用新型利用法兰盘做托盘,焊接在注浆钢管上,再将其放置在钻孔内的完整基岩变径处,使法兰盘牢牢坐在完整基岩变径处,然后顺着注浆管灌入水泥砂浆并捣实。水泥砂浆凝固后便于孔壁形成较大的摩擦力,阻止浆液上串,起到止浆的目的,本实用新型结构简单、实用性强、制作容易、价格低廉,并且保证了注浆质量,防止地基沉陷变形。

本实用新型涉及一种法兰盘式止浆装置。
二、背景技术:
现有技术中,在公路建设工程中,当公路路线跨越煤矿采空区地段时,为了保证路基不发生沉陷变形,需采用全充填注浆法对采空区进行治理,由于公路路基采空区埋藏较深,上覆基岩受采空区塌陷变形的影响而大面积破碎,造成公路采空区治理工程注浆量大,虽钻孔在变径处基岩完整,但钻孔孔径较大,一般大于91mm,这给止浆工作带来困难。
三、发明内容:
本实用新型提供一种能钻孔在变径处基岩完整处使用的法兰盘式止浆装置。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
法兰盘式止浆封孔器,其特殊之处在于:所述的法兰盘式止浆封孔器包括注浆管1和固定在法兰盘式托盘2;所述的注浆管1位于法兰盘式托盘2的中轴线上。
上述的法兰盘式托盘2的直径为90mm-150mm。
本实用新型对照现有技术,其优点为:
结构简单、实用性强、制作容易、操作简便、成本低廉、封孔止浆效果显著,从而保证了全充填注浆法的注浆质量。

五、具体实施方式:
参见图1,图2,1-注浆管,2-法兰盘式托盘,3-泥砂浆结石体,4-松散地层,5-完整基岩,本实用新型利用法兰盘做托盘2,焊接在注浆钢管1上,再将其放置在钻孔内的完整基岩5变径处,利用法兰盘在钻孔变径处托住注浆管,然后沿注浆管周围浇注水泥砂浆,待砂浆凝结后在孔壁形成较大的阻力,阻止浆液上窜,形成一套止浆装置。
本实用新型根据不同地层岩性条件、不同孔径、不同入岩深度,确定适合尺寸的法兰盘做为托盘,法兰盘的直径一般为90mm-150mm,待托位注浆管并与砂浆紧密胶结,达到防止浆液上冒的目的。

1、一种法兰盘式止浆封孔器,其特征在于:所述的法兰盘式止浆封孔器包括注浆管(1)和固定在法兰盘式托盘(2);所述的注浆管(1)位于法兰盘式托盘(2)的中轴线上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的法兰盘式托盘止浆封孔器,其特征在于:所述的法兰盘式托盘(2)的直径为90mm-150mm。
