本实用新型外挂式汽车轮胎自充气装置属运输工具附加装置。尤其适合气制动的载重汽车。它主要由一个固定在车轴端盖上的充气旋转接头[5]和其他辅助零件组成，压缩空气经气源管[3]和单向溢流阀[4]通过安装在车轴端盖上的充气旋转接头[5]，再经过充气旋转接头的出气接头分别通过充气管[6]与单向阀[7]联接轮胎气门嘴。它结构简单，易于加工推广，便于维修，无需保养。可在车辆运行中自动的向轮胎充气。保证长途安全运行。

本实用新型外挂式汽车轮胎自充气装置属运输工具附加装置。尤其适用于气制动的载货汽车。
汽车在行驶过程中对轮胎气压不足进行补充是经常发生之事，历来都需要在停车的情况下使用气泵打气，在应急情况下用人力打气进行补救，随着经济发展，物流增加，对运输效率也有了更高的要求，尤其在高速公路上停车，将对高速公路造成阻塞，而军车在执行战斗任务时因轮胎问题而贻误战机，后果更是可想而知。
本实用新型外挂式汽车轮胎自充气装置，可实现汽车在行驶过程中为每个轮胎自动充气。
本实用新型外挂式汽车轮胎自充气装置的压缩空气来自车辆的制动气源，经气源管[3]的联接和单向溢流阀[4]的控制为充气装置供气。压缩空气进入车轴端盖上的带导引杆[8]的充气旋转接头[5]，(本人02212522.1专利)，再经过出气接头分别通过充气管[6]与单向阀[7]联接轮胎气门咀。
本实用新型外挂式汽车轮胎自充气装置安装好后，由车上的储气筒供气，由气源管、单向溢流阀经车轴端盖上的带导引杆的充气旋转接头，进入充气旋转接头的芯轴通过出气接头和充气管、单向阀、气门向轮胎充气。结构简单，易于加工推广，便于维修，无需保养。保证了长途安全运输。
附图为本实用新型外挂式汽车轮胎自充气装置装于轮胎车轴端盖上的结构示意图，其中1-车轴 2-轮胎 3-气源管 4-单向溢流阀 5-充气旋转接头 6-充气管 7-单向阀 8-导引杆。
本实用新型外挂式汽车轮胎自充气装置的实施是外购充气旋转接头，固定于车轴端盖后，在接头上固定导引杆防止气源管在运行时缠绕，并把气源管与单向溢流阀固定于车架上并与车架上的储气筒相连，在旋转接头的出气接头上接充气管和单向阀后联结于轮胎气门咀上即可。所有零件均可外购后组装。

  1. 一种外挂式汽车轮胎自充气装置，其特征在于由一个安装在车轴端盖外的带导引杆的充气旋转接头[5]，充气旋转接头进气端的气管通过导引杆[8]并经单向溢流阀[4]与气源管[3]联接，充气旋转接头的出气接头分别通过充气管[6]与单向阀[7]接轮胎气门咀。
