Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种带有高温气体对流装置的玻璃加热炉,以解决现有玻璃加热炉存在的炉内温度不均衡的问题。为实现本实用新型的目的,在玻璃加热炉的炉体上开有至少两个相互隔开并各自与炉内相通的孔,通过管道密闭连接所述孔,所述连接管道的管路上设置有使气体从上述一个或数个孔流向上述另外一个或数个孔的强制气体对流装置。在玻璃加热炉的炉体上增加炉内高温气体强制对流装置后,可使炉内气体在炉内快速对流、迅速进行热量交换,因而保证了炉内各部温度的均衡。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种玻璃加热炉,特别是涉及一种带有炉内高温气体对流装置的玻璃加热炉。
背景技术
现有技术玻璃加热炉,由于炉体各部散热系数不同、加热元件在炉内设置部位不同,存在着炉内温度分布不均匀的缺点,尤其是当炉体长度较大时,这种缺点更加突出,特别是在炉内两端,存在着较大的温差。针对上述现有玻璃加热炉存在的缺点,目前一般采取温度高则停止加热、温度低则再继续加热,依靠炉内气氛自身热量交换来使炉内各部温度均衡的方法进行调整,这样做不但浪费能源,而且延长玻璃加热时间,致使玻璃加热炉的工作效率低下。
发明内容
针对目前玻璃加热炉存在的炉内温度分布不均的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种通过使玻璃加热炉的炉内高温气体快速对流、快速进行热量交换,从而使炉内各部温度维持均衡的新型玻璃加热炉。
为实现本实用新型的目的,在玻璃加热炉的炉体上开有至少两个相互隔开并各自与炉内相通的孔,通过管道密闭连接所述孔,所述连接管道的管路上设置有使气体从上述一个或数个孔流向上述另外一个或数个孔的强制气体对流装置。
优选地,炉体上开设的所述至少两个与炉内相通的孔分布于炉体的两端。
优选地,上述管道为耐高温管道。
在玻璃加热炉的炉体上增加炉内高温气体强制对流装置后,可使炉内气体在炉内快速对流、迅速进行热量交换,因而保证了炉内各部温度的均衡。

具体实施方式
如图所示,在玻璃加热炉炉体1的一端开有至少一个与外界相通的孔11,炉体1的另一端开有至少一个与外界相通的孔12,通过耐高温管道21、22将孔11、12密闭相连,在管道21、22的通路上安装有强制气体对流装置3。
工作时,随着玻璃加热炉加热装置开始加热,启动强制气体对流装置3,在强制气体对流装置3的作用下,炉内气体通过耐高温管道21、22被从孔11抽出,并被送入孔12,或被从孔12抽出,并被送入孔11,形成一个气体循环;炉内高温气体通过被强迫循环,实现了热量的快速交换,尤其是炉内两端存在一定温差的气体相互充分混合并快速交换热量,从而使炉内各部温度达到均衡。

Claims (3)

1.一种带有高温气体对流装置的玻璃加热炉,包括炉体,其特征在于,在玻璃加热炉的炉体上开有至少两个相互隔开并各自与炉内相通的孔,通过管道密闭连接所述孔,所述连接管道的管路上设置有使气体从上述一个或数个孔流向上述另外一个或数个孔的强制气体对流装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有高温气体对流装置的玻璃加热炉,其特征在于,炉体上开设的所述至少两个与炉内相通的孔分布于炉体的两端。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带有高温气体对流装置的玻璃加热炉,其特征在于,所述管道为耐高温管道。
