本实用新型是一种供空调器加湿器使用的带齿加湿转轮(4)。其特征在于它由齿轮状外壳(1)、蜂窝网状芯轮(2)及内圈(3)组成。加湿轮外壳(1)为齿轮形,内圈(3)为光滑表面,采用齿轮传动,具有刚度好,工作运转平稳的优点;芯轮(2)为载有吸湿剂的蜂窝状结构,具有吸湿表面积大、流通阻力小、加湿效率高等特点;吸湿载体采用高强度无机纤维卷制成具有蜂窝状通道的圆柱体转轮,吸湿剂(硅胶、分子筛、沸石等)固嵌或烧结于吸湿载体中,性能稳定,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种供空调器加湿器使用的带齿加湿转轮。
背景技术
现有技术中的吸湿转轮仅用于转轮除湿机及转轮式全热交换器,吸湿转轮都是用石棉纤维纸等经压制和卷绕成多孔道轮转载体,纸面浸涂吸湿剂和保护剂,这种转轮的缺点是强度低、易变形、寿命短。石棉和玻璃纤维粉尘对人体存在不同程度的危害。此外还有一种以粘土为主要原料经挤压烧制成型的蜂窝陶瓷为载体的吸湿转轮,但同时存在比重大,端面耐磨性差,磨掉的陶瓷粉尘会把微孔洞堵塞而影响通风和吸湿的缺点。由于吸湿转轮工作转速较慢,一般为8-20转/每小时,现有吸湿转轮都是采用皮带或链条传动减速来实现大的传动比,但这种结构不可避免的是占用空间较大。吸湿转轮技术应用于民用空调器的加湿功能,必须改变整体结构体积大,转轮厚度和比重大,减薄后强度差以及对人体无害等。既然用于空调器的加湿功能,称之为加湿转轮。
发明内容
本实用新型的所要解决的技术问题是提供一种体积小、加湿效率高、重量轻,对人体无害、使用寿命长,强度和刚度较好的加湿转轮。用于空调器加湿功能的加湿转轮。
本实用新型解决上述问题采用的技术方案是如图4和图5所示:由齿轮状外壳(1)、蜂窝网状芯轮(2)及内圈(3)组成;如图5齿轮状外壳的加湿转轮由采用齿轮(5)直接啮合传动(大小齿轮10以上的传动比),配合低转速(2-5转/每分钟)驱动电机,转轮的转速可以控制在8-30转/每小时,达到体积小的目的;采用芯轮为载有吸湿剂的蜂窝状结构,具有吸湿表面积大、流通阻力小、加湿效率高等特点:吸湿载体载体采用高强度无机纤维卷制成具有蜂窝状通道的圆柱体转轮,吸湿剂(硅胶、分子筛、沸石等)固嵌或烧结于吸湿载体中,性能稳定,使用寿命长。轮芯表面经过强化处理,具有较好的强度和耐磨性。加湿轮的内圈(3)和齿轮外壳(1)采用轻质耐磨材质(如塑料或铝等轻质金属材料),加湿轮整体重量轻,转动转矩小,减少电机负载。加湿轮内外圈的结构设计,对轮芯(2)具有较好的支撑和保护作用,使得加湿轮体(4)具有较好的刚度和强度。

具体实施方式
参考图2---图6,本实用新型的加湿轮(4)由表面涂覆有吸湿剂的蜂窝网状芯轮(2),带齿轮状的外壳(1)和内圈(3)组成,齿轮状外壳(1)及内圈(3)与芯轮体通过胶黏结牢固。该加湿轮实施例的轮体厚度尺寸为H30毫米,轮体直径D270毫米,蜂窝状网格通孔的结构尺寸为A4毫米、B2毫米。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于空调器的带齿加湿轮(4),它包括表面涂覆有吸湿剂的蜂窝网状芯轮(2),带齿轮状的外壳(1)和内圈(3);其特征在于外壳(1)带齿,内圈(3)光滑,适合齿轮啮合传动。
2、如权利要求1所述的加湿轮,其特征为轮体厚度H在25-35毫米。
3、如权利要求1所述的加湿轮,其特征为轮体直径D在250-350毫米。
4、如权利要求1所述的加湿轮,其特征为微通孔结构尺寸为A 3-4毫米B 1.5-2.5毫米。
5、如权利要求1所述的加湿轮,其特征为外壳所带的齿高h尺寸小于轮体厚度H,在齿的下侧通过肋联为一体,在齿的上侧为分离状态,齿的两侧与轮体上下端面间均存在光滑表面段。
