Abstract

框架结构负压保鲜集装箱,属于运输存贮领域,包括由6面板壁组成的矩形箱体,箱体后侧开有矩形活动门,箱体内腔部是纵横交叉连接的网络框架;框架支撑的六面板壁为夹层结构,在箱体后面板下方设有一个连接真空泵的抽气口,泵通过输气管道连接着一个空气滤净器及其端头连有电磁阀;在箱体顶面板部沿一条对角线两头位置处分别设有安全阀放气口;在前面板部的箱面上开有侧温接口,活动门与门柜之间垫有真空密封圈。本集装箱壁钢板厚度减薄,整体重量大大减轻,负压状态的箱内环境,可使果蔬保鲜期延长,更有利于农副产品走向全国,跨入世界。

Description

框架结构负压保鲜集装箱
(一)技术领域
本实用新型属于运输存贮领域，特别涉及到一种框架结构负压保鲜的集装箱。
(二)背景技术
随着改革开放形势的发展，农村产品跨越国门运往世界的蓝图已成为现实。为了长途运输及码头装卸，各种集装箱成为畅销产品，为了不至于在码头装卸中破裂损伤，所用壁板要达到一定厚度、强度，故已有的集装箱多数是过于庞大笨重，搬动及运输都消耗过大马力，而且有的集装箱没有妥善的保鲜、防腐措施难以胜任长距离运送，因而，很希望研制出一种既轻便、结实，又能使菜蔬、果类保鲜、贮存安全运送到目的地，本发明人经多次实验研究，寻求到一种新的框架式结构，降低箱壁钢板的厚度，使集装箱整体重量大大减轻，而且箱内采取负压措施，提供果品保鲜的优良环境，经反复检测证实，已取得明显效果。
(三)发明内容
需要解决的技术问题是，克服已有集装箱过于笨重和保鲜措施无力，不利于长距离运送新鲜果蔬食品等缺陷，而重新设计一种轻便、结实又适应于长途运输，保鲜性能良好的集装箱，以上目的是采用如下技术方案来实现的，一种框架结构负压保鲜集装箱，包括由6面板壁组成的矩形箱体，箱体后侧开有矩形活动门，其特征在于，箱体内腔部是纵横交叉连接的网络框架；框架支撑的六面板壁为夹层结构，在箱体后面板下方设有一个连接真空泵的抽气口，泵通过输气管道连接着一个空气滤净器及其端头连有电磁阀；在箱体顶面板部沿一条对角线两头位置处分别设有安全阀放气口；在前面板部的箱面上开有侧温接口，中部的活动门与门柜之间垫有真空密封圈。
所述箱体内腔网格框架的各纵横交叉点为焊接结构连结；框架所支撑的六面板壁的夹层结构，是指中间为一层保温材料的芯层，外壳部分为瓦楞形薄铁板层，内层为网格本身，各网格架还可以铺上木板搁置蔬菜水果，避免推集不透气。
所述门与门框之间的真空密封圈，可选择硅橡胶材料。
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以使集装箱壁钢板厚度减薄，整体重量大大减轻，负压状态的箱内环境，可使果蔬保鲜期延长，更有利于农副产品走向全国，跨入世界。

(五)具体实施方式
参照图1，表示本集装箱的总体结构，其中箱体内腔的网格框架为1，框架的各纵横交叉点用焊接方式固定，箱壁外面为瓦楞形铁板2，后端面中部开有活动门3，门旁下侧设有抽气口4，它与真空泵5相连接，通往大气的输气管道6所连的管路上装有空气滤净器7和电磁开关阀门8，在顶板上沿一条对角线两头位置处分别设有安全阀放气口9，前面板部所设测温接头10，它采用密封性内螺纹的结构。在门与门框间的真空密封圈为11。在本实施例中，箱长为7米，高、宽各2.3米，本集装箱总重量可由常规的10-15吨降低到3-3.5吨，能保鲜果蔬9个月以上不腐烂、干枯。

Claims (5)

1、一种框架结构负压保鲜集装箱，包括由6面板壁组成的矩形箱体，箱体后侧开有矩形活动门，其特征在于，箱体内腔部是纵横交叉连接的网络框架；框架支撑的六面板壁为夹层结构，在箱体后面板下方设有一个连接真空泵的抽气口，泵通过输气管道连接着一个空气滤净器及其端头连有电磁阀；在箱体顶面板部沿一条对角线两头位置处分别设有安全阀放气口；在前面板部的箱面上开有侧温接口，中部的活动门与门柜之间垫有真空密封圈。
2、根据权利要求1所述的负压保鲜集装箱，其特征在于，箱体内腔网格框架的各纵横交叉点为焊接结构连。
3、根据权利要求1所述的负压保鲜集装箱，其特征在于，六面板壁的夹层结构，中间为一层保温材料的芯层，外壳部分为瓦楞形薄铁板层，内层为网格本身
4、根据权利要求1所述的负压保鲜集装箱，其特征在于，门与门框之间的真空密封圈，可选择硅橡胶材料。
5、根据权利要求1所述的负压保鲜集装箱，其特征在于，所设测温接头可采用密封性内螺纹的结构。
