Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种空调器,具体地说是一种嵌入式空调器冷凝水排水装置,是为了解决现有技术中冷凝水较少时,排水泵电机也一直运转这一技术问题。本实用新型包括室内机CPU和冷凝水排水装置中的排水泵电机、排水泵、排水管、干簧管、以及套在干簧管外的浮子,其特征在于:所述的干簧管为二点式干簧管。由于采用了二点式干簧管,当冷凝水位降到较低位置时,室外内机CPU检测到干簧管位置状态信号,根据预先定义的输出信号,控制排水泵电机停止运转,节约了能源,延长了电机的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种空调器,具体地说是一种嵌入式空调器冷凝水排水装置。
                      背景技术
现有的天花板嵌入式空调器在制冷和除湿时会产生一些冷凝水,要通过排水装置将其排出,现有的排水装置一般采用一点式干簧管,其缺点是在冷凝水较少时,排水泵电机也一直运转,即浪费了能源,又缩短了电机的使用寿命。
                      发明内容
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术中冷凝水较少时,排水泵电机也一直运转这一技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型包括室内机CPU和冷凝水排水装置中的排水泵电机、排水泵、排水管、干簧管、以及套在干簧管外的浮子,其特征在于:所述的干簧管为二点式干簧管。
本实用新型具有以下优点和积极效果:由于采用了二点式干簧管,当冷凝水位降到较低位置时,室外内机CPU检测到干簧管位置状态信号,根据预先定义的输出信号,控制排水泵电机停止运转,节约了能源,延长了电机的使用寿命。

                     具体实施方式
参见图1~图3,本实用新型包括室内机CPU1和冷凝水排水装置中通过导线2与室内机CPU1相连接的排水泵电机5、排水泵6、排水管7、干簧管3、以及套在干簧管3外的浮子4,所述的干簧管3为二点式干簧管。参见图1,当浮子4的位置处于如图所示的二点式干簧管3的中间位置时,二点式干簧管3均处于截止状态,此时室内机CPU1控制排水泵电机5运转,进行有效地排水;参见图2,当排水泵6正常工作后,冷凝水7水位开始下降,浮子4下降到如图所示二点式干簧管3下端的位置时,二点式干簧管3下端处于导通状态,室内机CPU1控制排水泵电机5停止运转,等待水位再次回升至设定的排水位置;参见图3,当排水泵6和排水管7出现异常情况而不能有效排水时,水位开始上升,浮子4上升到如图所示二点式干簧管3上端的位置时,二点式干簧管3上端处于导通状态,室内机CPU1发出指令,压缩机停止运转,同时发出报警信号。

1、一种嵌入式空调器,它包括室内机CPU和冷凝水排水装置中的排水泵电机、排水泵、排水管、干簧管、以及套在干簧管外的浮子,其特征在于:所述的干簧管为二点式干簧管。
