Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种集防盗、保温为一体的多功能复合门,属于建筑物中的门类。该保温复合门主要由金属层、网框层、保温层及木质层复合而成,金属层的边缘带有凹槽,网框层与金属层固定,保温层位于网框层及木质层之间,木质层边缘带有凹槽,通过连接框将金属层、保温层及木质层复合连接成一体。本实用新型结构合理,功能性强。

保温复合门
本实用新型涉及一种集防盗、保温为一体的多功能复合门，属于建筑物中的门类。
目前，在家庭及办公场所中房屋用门一般主要为木质或金属门，而为防盗起见，常常还要加装防盗门，这就使门的结构复杂，且占有较大的空间，另外还存在保温、隔音效果不佳等缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种保温复合门，其结构合理，即美观，又具有防盗、保温等功能。
本实用新型所设计的保温复合门主要由金属层、网框层、保温层及木质层复合而成，金属层的边缘带有凹槽，网框层与金属层固定，保温层位于网框层及木质层之间，木质层边缘带有凹槽，通过连接框将金属层、保温层及木质层复合连接成一体。
本实用新型所设计的保温复合门的网框层为金属框层，通过焊接与金属层固结在一起。
本实用新型所设计的保温复合门中的保温层为聚苯泡沫、聚胺酯泡沫或岩棉。
本实用新型所设计的保温复合门的木质层为纯木层或复合板层。
本实用新型所设计的保温复合门的金属层与木质层位于外表，而网框层及保温层夹于金属层与木质层内。
为防止锈蚀，本实用新型所设计的保温复合门在金属层及网框层表面喷涂防锈层。
本实用新型所设计的保温复合门在应用时，与现有门使用相同，通过连接件与建筑物连接固定，金属层朝向外侧，木质层朝向室内，由于网框层与金属层焊接固定，因此具有防盗保安作用，不易被破坏，而门内的保温层具有保温隔音效果，其内侧的木质层装饰性强，可根据室内布局及装修风格进行选择。由此可看出该门的功能性强，由于其兼有防盗、保险作用，因此可将现有的室内门及防盗门合二为一，节省门所占用的安装空间。
本实用新型所设计的保温复合门主要用于各种建筑物中。

下面根据附图结合具体实施例对本实用新型所设计的保温复合门的结构及实施方式作进一步说明。
实施例
如图1、2所设计的保温复合门，主要由金属层2、网框层3、保温层4及木质层5构成，网框层2为金属网框，通过焊接的方式与金属层2的内侧焊接在一起，金属层2及网框层3为铁合金属材料，因此在金属层2及网框层3的表面喷涂防锈层，在金属层2的边缘带有凹槽6，而木质层5的边缘带有凹槽7，在金属层2内侧固结的网框层3与木质层5之间夹设有保温层4，连接框1***金属层2及木质层5边缘的凹槽6、7中，如图3所示，将金属层2与木质层5固合，形成门的整体。
该门的安装与使用与现有的门完全相同，但其功能增强，集防盗、保温、隔音、装饰于一体，为现代建筑物理想用门。

1.一种保温复合门，其特征是：主要由金属层、网框层、保温层及木质层复合而成，金属层的边缘带有凹槽，网框层与金属层固定，保温层位于网框层及木质层之间，木质层边缘带有凹槽，通过连接框将金属层、保温层及木质层复合连接成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温复合门，其特征还在于：网框层为金属框层，通过焊接与金属层固结在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温复合门，其特征还在于：保温层为聚苯泡沫、聚胺酯泡沫或岩棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温复合门，其特征还在于：木质层为纯木层或复合板层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的保温复合门，其特征还在于：金属层与木质层位于外表，而网框层及保温层夹子金属层与木质层内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保温复合门，其特征还在于：在金属层及网框层表面喷涂防锈层。
