本实用新型为一种节能多用炉。
现有的燃气、燃油、型煤、电能等小型炉,其结构基本上是火管式、水管式、水套式,烟气均为直排;体积大,水容量多,水冷壁面积大,燃料燃烧不充分,有的炉膛内热流密度小,存在炉内可用能利用不充分,热效低,能耗高,有害气体和烟尘排放多,使用不安全问题。
本实用新型的目的在于,解决现有所存在的问题,提供一种具有环保、高效、节能多用炉。
本实用新型是这样实现的:在炉壳内设置热交换总成,热交换总成包括固体材料构成的骨架和水套紧密配合构成的聚热筒,内腔为大炉膛;聚热筒壁上设有若干个小炉膛,使续燃室与内炉膛相通;在聚热筒和炉壳顶端设置活动炉盖,在炉壳壁上设有出烟口和二次进风口,水套设有进水口、出水口并引出炉体外。
本实用新型的优点在于,1、热交换总成包括固体材料构成的骨架和水套紧密配合构成的聚热筒,内腔为大炉膛;聚热筒壁上设有若干个小炉膛,使续燃室与内炉膛相通;使其结构紧凑,炉体积小,使用寿命长。2、炉壳内无可见水冷壁,燃料燃烧环境好,燃烧充分,高温烟气、尘粒的辐射和对流冲刷的受热面积大;滞留炉内的烟尘多,排出炉外少,可用能利用充分。聚热筒中的骨料黑度大,导热性好,骨架的密度大,聚热多,传给水套的热流密度大,水套壁导温好,水流在高温环境行程长,升温快,水流动力大,炉使用安全。3、在降低燃烧室温度情况下,炉的运行正常,炉内燃烧方式为阶段燃烧法,这就显著的降低了炉内氮氧化物的生成和排放量。

实施例1:如图1、图2所示,在炉壳1内设置热交换总成,所说的热交换总成包括固体材料3构成的骨架2和水套紧密配合构成的聚热筒,内腔为大炉膛12;所说的水套由上水箱7、下水箱6和水胆4构成;聚热筒壁上设有若干个小炉膛15,使续燃室13与大炉膛12相通;在聚热筒和炉壳顶端设置活动炉盖9、活动炉盖10,在炉壳壁上设有出烟口8和二次进风口,水套设有进水口5、出水口11并引出炉体外。在炉壳内下部放置热源14。
实施例2:
在炉壳1内设置热交换总成,热交换总成包括固体材料3构成的骨架2和水套4紧密配合构成的聚热筒,聚热筒内腔为大炉膛10;聚热筒壁上设有若干个小炉膛11,使续燃室12与大炉膛10相通;在聚热筒和炉壳顶端设置活动炉盖6、活动炉盖8,在炉壳壁上设有出烟口7和二次进风口,水套4为螺旋状,并设有进水口5、出水口9并引出炉体外。在炉壳内下部放置热源13。

1、一种节能多用炉,在炉壳内设置热交换总成,其特征在于,热交换总成包括固体材料构成的骨架和水套紧密配合构成的聚热筒,内腔为大炉膛;聚热筒壁上设有若干个小炉膛,使续燃室与内炉膛相通;在聚热筒和炉壳顶端设置活动炉盖,在炉壳壁上设有出烟口和二次进风口,水套设有进水口、出水口并引出炉体外。
