Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种外密封型***式管接头,它由接头体(1)、径向密封圈(2)、垫圈(3)、紧固器(4)、螺母(5)、端面密封圈(6)和衬套(7)组成,其特征在于:接头体(1)的两端头内分别依次套装有衬套(7)、端面密封圈(6)、径向密封圈(2)、垫圈(3)和紧固器(4),接头体(1)的两端头上分别旋拧有螺母(5)。它结构简单,能简捷、严密、牢固地将铝塑复合管道直接***连接。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种外密封型***式管接头，是适用于铝塑复合管管道装置中的一种专用管接头。
目前，通用的管接头(如图1)属于内密封型，管接头的一部分***管道内径，管接头的内孔通道d小于管道内径D，增加了流体阻力，因此流量略有损失。
目前，通用的管接头(如图2)***部分有两条环形沟槽，槽内嵌有两个橡胶O型密封圈，密封圈线径的三分之一凸露在沟槽之上，安装时管道端面的切口Q处有时易将凸露部分的胶圈切掉，影响密封的作用。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种外密封型***式管接头，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，它由接头体(1)、径向密封圈(2)、垫圈(3)、紧固器(4)、螺母(5)、端面密封圈(6)和衬套(7)组成，其特征在于：接头体(1)的两端头内分别依次套装有衬套(7)、端面密封圈(6)、径向密封圈(2)、垫圈(3)和紧固器(4)，接头体(1)的两端头上分别旋拧有螺母(5)。
其特征还在于：所述的接头体(1)内孔直径与管道(8)内径的尺寸相同。

本实用新型与现有技术相比，它结构简单，能简捷、严密、牢固地将铝塑复合管道直接***连接。本实用新型管接头属于外密封型，管道***管接头内，由于管道的内径与管接头内孔通道直径相等，所以流道没有阻力，流量不受损失。

其中：1、接头体，2、径向密封圈，3、垫圈，4、紧固器，5、螺母，6、端面密封圈，7、衬套，8、管道。
参见附图3：本实用新型它由接头体1、径向密封圈2、垫圈3、紧固器4、螺母5、端面密封圈6和衬套7组成，所述的接头体1内孔直径与管道8内径的尺寸相同。所述的端面密封圈6是一个剖面呈U字形的弹性圈。所述的紧固器4是一个边沿有斜度、带爪状齿的开口环形圈。接头体1的两端头内分别依次套装有衬套7、端面密封圈6、径向密封圈2、垫圈3和紧固器4，接头体1的两端头上分别旋拧有螺母5。
使用时，将管道8的端头上依次套装端面密封圈6和衬套7、管道8的外周面上依次套装螺母5、紧固器4、垫圈3和径向密封圈2后***接头体1的一端内，并将螺母5与接头体1旋拧紧固即可。

1、一种外密封型***式管接头，它由接头体(1)、径向密封圈(2)、垫圈(3)、紧固器(4)、螺母(5)、端面密封圈(6)和衬套(7)组成，其特征在于：接头体(1)的两端头内分别依次套装有衬套(7)、端面密封圈(6)、径向密封圈(2)、垫圈(3)和紧固器(4)，接头体(1)的两端头上分别旋拧有螺母(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的外密封型***式管接头，其特征还在于：所述的接头体(1)内孔直径与管道(8)内径的尺寸相同。
3、根据权利要求1所述的外密封型***式管接头，其特征还在于：所述的端面密封圈(6)是一个剖面呈U字形的弹性圈。
4、根据权利要求1所述的外密封型***式管接头，其特征还在于：所述的紧固器(4)是一个边沿有斜度、带爪状齿的开口环形圈。
