易拆卸铆钉主要包括:包容件和被包容件两个铆钉联接副,采用锥面过盈联接的方式把它们联接在一起。配合面进行喷砂处理,采用温差法装配,当拆卸铆钉时,在被包容件联接副的小端施加压力,把铆钉被包容件顶出铆钉联接副,达到拆卸目的。

易拆卸铆钉
本实用新型涉及的是一种铆钉，特别是一种易拆卸铆钉，属于机械零件类领域。
在零件的回收过程中，对于铆接的同性材料，可以直接把零件重熔；而对于铆接的异性材料，就不能直接把零件重熔，在某些采用铆接的零件(如离合器)的使用过程中，在维修或更换其中的易耗件时也会遇到铆钉拆卸的问题。但是铆接是一种不可拆卸联接，因些拆卸时一般采用破坏拆卸的方法(如用钻把铆钉钻开或用气割把铆钉头割开)，这样不仅操作不便，而且会伤及母体材料，经对现有技术，尚未发现有与本实用新型主题相一致或基本一致的文献报道。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种易拆卸铆钉。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：主要包括包容件和被包容件两个铆钉联接副，采用锥面过盈联接的方式把它们联接在一起，配合面进行喷砂处理，采用温差法装配，当拆卸铆钉时，在被包容件联接副的小端施加压力，把铆钉被包容件顶出铆钉联接副，达到拆卸目的。
本实用新型具有实质性特点和显著进步，与传统的铆接技术相比，易拆卸铆接技术具有拆卸方便的特点。在铆接的异性材料的回收过程中，提高材料的回收方便性；在采用铆接的零件的使用过程中，提高零件的维修方便性，降低维修成本。

如图1所示，本实用新型把平锥头铆钉分成包容件1和被包容件2两个铆钉联接副，采用锥面过盈联接的方式把它们联接在一起，配合面进行喷砂处理，采用温差法装配，当拆卸铆钉时，在被包容件联接副的小端施加压力，把铆钉被包容件顶出铆钉联接副，达到拆卸目的。
公称直径d=10mm,L=10mm的平锥头铆钉，铆钉的材料特性及各部尺寸：铆钉材料为15号钢，材料的物理及力学性能如表。
