本实用新型涉及一种具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,适用于插置入一可携式电脑进行连接并外露出一侧边,它包含:一上壳体;一下壳体;以及一框架,夹置于该上壳体与下壳体之间,其上具有一微型卡承座并于该外露侧边上具有一微型卡置入开口。

Description

具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡
本实用新型涉及一种具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,尤其是指适用于插置入一可携式电脑进行连接的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡。
由于可携式电脑以缩小体积、便于携带为其设计发展方向,并无太大的空间来容置种类日益多样化的***设备,故许多***设备是以外接方式与该可携式电脑连接以进行功能扩充,于是个人电脑卡便应运而生,它是将如随机存取存储器(RAM)或快闪存储器(Flash Memory)等的外加存储器(add memory)、如调制解调器或网络卡等输出入应用元件(I/Oapplications)以及如硬盘(Hard disk)等的大容量储存装置(MassStorage)等各类电脑***设备的尺寸,缩至如***般大小以便于携带与替换使用,且于可携式电脑上设有相对应的插槽,使得它进行插拔时并不需要拆卸机壳便可完成。而电脑业者为藉由制定技术标准与教育引导市场来提高个人电脑卡的技术水平遂制订了一些技术规范譬如:
个人电脑存储卡国际协议规定(Personal Computer Memory CardInternational Association,PCMCIA):此技术标准便对尺寸规格制定了一些规范以利设计与制造者遵循,例如长度为85.6mm、宽度为54mm,而厚度则有I型(3.3mm)、II型(5mm)以及III型(10.5mm)三种规格。
压缩存储协议(The CompactFlash Association,CFA):其所制定CF卡的规格可分为I型与II型,其中I型的长宽高分别为43mm(1.7″)×36mm(1.4″)×3.3mm(0.13″),,而II型的长宽高则分别为43mm(1.7″)× 36mm(1.4″)× 5.5mm(0.19″),相较于68根接脚的PCMCIA规格,CF卡的接脚数则为50根。
而在网际网络与无线通讯皆迅速发展的今日,利用移动电话网络连接至网际网络以进行信息传输已是未来的趋势,于是,将结合有传统有线调制解调器与上网功能的无线信号收发功能于一体的个人电脑卡便应运而生,其电路功能方块图是如图1所示,其中包含有天线11、射频信号接收模块12、射频信号发射模块13、中频信号接收模块14、中频信号发射模块15、移动站晶片组16(Mobile station Chipset)以及符合个人电脑卡标准如:PCMCIA规格(68根接脚)或CF Card(50根接脚)的信号连接器17,而由于目前移动电话网络它是以一用户识别模块(Subscriber Identification Module,简称SIM)来记录用户数据以及其它电话网络***运作所需的信息,例如主流之一的全球移动通讯***(Global System for Moblie Communication,简称GSM),其用户识别模块通常被制作成一尺寸大小约为18mm'28mm'0.8mm的微型用户识别卡(SIM Card),因此上述结合有调制解调器与无线信号收发功能于一体的个人电脑卡中,便必须具有一用户识别卡(SIM Card)置放座,以利用户识别卡***置放并与其电路进行连接。
而在美国专利第6075706号与第6053748号的说明书中,均揭示出具有用户识别卡(SIM Card)置放座的个人电脑卡,其主体皆由上下两金属壳体与置于中间的电路板所完成,不同处在于第6075706号美国专利所揭示的用户识别卡(SIM Card)置放座的置入开口是设于上金属壳体的顶面,而第6053748号美国专利所揭示的用户识别卡(SIM Card)置放座的置入开口则设于上金属壳体接近于与下金属壳体接合处的长边侧面,而上述两者皆有用户识别卡(SIM Card)插拔不便的缺点,因为当个人电脑卡置入可携式电脑的插槽中进行运作时,上述常规技术中的用户识别卡(SIM Card)置入开口皆已没入于可携式电脑中,因此当使用者需进行用户识别卡(SIM Card)的抽换时(例如某一家移动电话网络产生问题或收讯不良时,而欲置换成另一家移动电话网络进行通讯时),使用者必须先将个人电脑卡先行抽出插槽外方能进行用户识别卡的抽换,使用起来十分不便且造成个人电脑卡的插拔次数增加,易使其连接器产生损坏,另外,上述前案在微型卡的承载机构及壳体的机构设计相当复杂,造成产品的设计成本提高以及极易因复杂机构而带来高损坏率,因此,如何改善上述常规手段的缺点,为发展本实用新型的主要目的。
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种由上壳体、下壳体及框架所组成的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,它使用方便,可有效降低个人电脑卡相对于可携式电脑的插拔次数,减少连接器产生损坏机率,从而解决了现有技术所存在的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案在于它适用于插置入一可携式电脑进行连接并外露出一侧边,它包括有:
一上壳体;
一下壳体;以及
一框架,它夹置于该上壳体与下壳体之间,其上具有一微型卡承座并在该外露侧边上具有一微型卡置入开口。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中该上壳体可为具适当强度的材质如:金属。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中该下壳体可为具适当强度的材质如:金属。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中该微型卡承座为一用户识别卡承座。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中该微型卡置入开口的周缘与所置入的该微型卡的外露端间设有一空隙,以利使用者进行取出动作。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中还设有一顶出装置,该顶出装置是用以将该微型卡的外露端顶出该微型卡置入开口周缘的外部,以利使用者进行取出动作。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡如PCMCIA技术规格制订:长度为85.6mm、宽度为54mm,而厚度则选自I型(3.3mm)、II型(5mm)以及III型(10.5mm)三种规格中的一种。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中该微型卡的尺寸如全球移动通讯***(Global System for Moblie Communication,简称GSM)的微型用户识别卡(SIM Card)为18mm'28mm'0.8mm。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡为完成有调制解调器与无线信号收发功能于一体的个人电脑卡。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡如CF Card标准所制订:长度为43mm、宽度为36mm,而厚度则选自I型(3.3mm)与II型(5.5mm)。
根据上述构想,具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中该微型卡的尺寸可如安全数字卡(Secure Digital Card,SD Card)所设的规格:32mm'24mm'2.1mm。
本实用新型的优点在于:使用者将可在个人电脑卡未抽出插槽外时,便能进行微型卡的插换,使用起来十分方便且有效降低个人电脑卡相对于可携式电脑的插拔次数,减少连接器产生损坏的机率,而且微型卡的承载机构及壳体机构相当简洁,而且无论第一型框架还是第二型框架,它都可以提供所完成的个人电脑卡具有更好的抗扭力的性能。

现在结合上述各附图来进一步说明本实用新型的较佳具体实施例,请参见图2A、图2B,它为本实用新型较佳实施例所揭示的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中的第一型框架外观的上视与侧视示意图,其中图2A清楚示出微型卡21是可沿箭头方向置入一框架22上所具有的微型卡承座221中,而以金属制成的上壳体201与下壳体202来将框架22夹置其中的侧视图则已由图2B中明白表示。另外,完成有功能电路的电路总成(图中未示出)则置于上壳体201与下壳体202夹置框架22所形成的空间。而上述个人电脑卡是沿图中所示的方向置入可携式电脑的插槽中而形成一外露侧边23,而本实用新型的重要特徵在于微型卡置入开口222是位于该外露侧边23,如此一来,使用者将可在个人电脑卡未抽出插槽外时便能进行微型卡的抽换,使用起来十分方便且有效降低个人电脑卡相对于可携式电脑的插拔次数,减少连接器产生损坏的机率,而且,本实用新型在微型卡的承载机构及壳体的机构设计则相当简洁,也可降低常规前案因复杂机构所带来的高损坏率,进而有效改善上述常规手段的缺点,达到发展本实用新型的主要目的。
再请参见图3A、图3B,它为本实用新型较佳实施例所揭示的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中的第二型框架外观的上视与侧视示意图,与图2A、图2B所示的第一型框架的不同处在于,第二型框架的微型卡承座321具有上盖3211(可以用不同材料做的),而在微型卡置入时,微型卡会将设置于电路总成相对位置处的微型卡连接器所具凸点(图中未示出)微往下顶抵,如此一来,微型卡连接器所具凸点的回复力便会把微型卡向上顶抵至该上盖3211,进而达到固定该微型卡以避免掉落出来的作用,至于图2A、图2B所示的第一型框架中,微型卡连接器所具凸点的回复力则会把微型卡向上顶抵至的上壳体201处,同样可达到固定该微型卡以避免掉落出来的作用。至于其它部份则并无不同,故不予赘述,但其仍可提供使用者在个人电脑卡未抽出插槽外时便能进行微型卡的抽换,同样较常规手段有增进功效之处,而且无论是第一型框架还是第二型框架,它皆可提供所完成的个人电脑卡具有更好的抗扭力的能力。
再请参见图4A、图4B、图4C,它为本实用新型较佳实施例所揭示的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡中该微型卡承座置入开口222的构造示意图,为能提供使用者方便取出置于微型卡承座221中的微型卡21,其微型卡承座置入开口222的周缘皆设有形状位置互异的凹陷41与缺角42、43,用以与所置入的该微型卡21的外露端间产生一空隙,以利使用者利用手指或镍子将该微型卡21从微型卡承座221中取出。
另外,人们也可设置一顶出装置50,该顶出装置50是用以将该微型卡21的外露端顶出该微型卡置入开口222周缘的外部,以利使用者进行取出动作,由图5A、图5B、图5C,它为本实用新型较佳实施例所揭示的三种顶出装置的构造示意图,其中图5A所示的顶出装置50是由一横杆501与一弹簧502所构成,横杆501与框架22间是以一类似抽屉的滑动方式进行相对运动,所以当微型卡21被置入微型卡承座221时,横杆501便被压到後端并压制弹簧502,而横杆501末端的具塑性的突出物503将卡合于框架22上的一小孔504,进而完成该微型卡21的置入动作。已完成置入动作的微型卡21是稍微露出其尾端,而当使用者再进一步对微型卡21所露出的尾端进行推入动作时,因弹簧502受到很大的压迫而产生了反弹力,造成滑动的横杆501脱离了与框架22的卡合状态而一并将微型卡21推出,进而完成退卡动作。至于图5B所示的顶出装置50是由一顶出杆505所完成,该顶出杆505可以两种形式来完成,第一种形式是该顶出杆505为刚性,微型卡21置入时便将顶出杆505顶至底部,而取卡时仅需拉出顶出杆505便可完成退卡动作,而第二种形式则为该顶出杆505由一导管与一具塑性或弹性的中心材料所套合构成,当微型卡21置入时便将顶出杆的中心材料顶至底部,而取卡时仅需推挤中心材料便可将微型卡21顶出而完成退卡动作。至于图5C所示的顶出装置50是由一杆架506所完成,其形状与微型卡21配合而能将其容纳置入,当微型卡21被置入微型卡承座221时,杆架506将被推到底,取卡时仅需将杆架506向外拉出便可完成退卡动作。
而上述个人电脑卡的尺寸可为PCMCIA所制定的规格,其长度为85.6mm、宽度为54mm,而厚度则可为I型(3.3mm)、II型(5mm)以及III型(10.5mm)三种规格。另外,上述个人电脑卡也可为The CompactFlashAssociation(CFA)所制定的CF卡的规格,而CF卡也分为I型与II型,其中I型的长宽高分别为43mm(1.7″)×36mm(1.4″)×3.3mm(0.13″),而II型的长宽高则分别为43mm(1.7″)×36mm(1.4″)×5.5mm(0.19″),相较于68根接脚的PCMCIA规格,CF卡的接脚数则为50根。至于微型卡是可为GSM移动电话用户识别卡(SIM Card)或是安全数字卡(Secure Digital Card,SD Card)等规格,而其尺寸大小则分别约为18mm'28mm'0.8mm以及32mm'24mm'2.1mm。
至于电路总成则可为完成有无线信号收发功能与上网功能在其上的电路板。当然,本实用新型的概念尚可转用至任何具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡上,故本实用新型可由熟悉此技艺的人士任进行等效变更或修饰,但它仍应属于本实用新型权利要求书保护的范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,适用于插置入一可携式电脑进行连接并外露出一侧边,其特征在于它包含有:
一上壳体;
一下壳体;以及
一框架,它夹置于该上壳体与下壳体之间,其上具有一微型卡承座并于该外露侧边上具有一微型卡置入开口。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于所述的上壳体,它为金属材质的上壳体。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于所述的下壳体,它为金属材质的下壳体。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于所述的微型卡承座,它为一用户识别卡承座。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于所述的微型卡,其置入开口的周缘与所置入的该微型卡的外露端间设有一空隙。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于它还设有一顶出装置,该顶出装置是用以将该微型卡的外露端顶出该微型卡置入开口周缘的外部。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于所述的电脑卡,它依PCMCIA的规格,其长度为85.6mm、宽度为54mm,而厚度则选自I型(3.3mm)、II型(5mm)以及III型(10.5mm)三种规格中的一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于所述的电脑卡,依全球移动通讯是统(GSM)用户识别卡(SIM Card)的规格,其尺寸是18mm'28mm'0.8mm。
9.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于它为完成有无线信号收发功能与上网于一体的个人电脑卡。
10.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于所述的电脑卡,它依压缩存储协议制订的CF卡规格,其长度为43mm、宽度为36mm,而厚度则选自Type I(3.3mm)与Type II(5.5mm)。
11.如权利要求1所述的具有微型卡承座的个人电脑卡,其特征在于所述的电脑卡,它依安全数字卡(Security Digital Card)的规格,其尺寸为32mm'24mm'2.1mm。
