本实用新型涉及一种高频无电极放电灯。其包括:泡壳以气密方式封闭一个带荧光粉和填充可电离气体的放电腔,放电腔包括排气管,装有主汞齐的汞齐存放管和装有辅助汞齐的内腔玻管,在内腔玻管组成的凹腔内,用耐热胶层将线圈和线圈内的漆布条包裹并固定在磁芯上,线圈与带Q9接头的电缆连接,导热棒通过导热绝缘胶与磁芯固定连接,泡壳通过焊泥与灯头连接,灯头与带导热棒的底座用紧固件连接。其与现有技术相比,具有结构简单、加工方便、导热性强和成本低等优点。

高频无电极放电灯
本实用新型涉及一种高频无电极放电灯。
在CN1189241A中披露了一种以气密方式封闭内壁涂荧光粉层的泡壳,泡壳内装有汞齐和可电离的填充气体,凹腔内通过线圈架将线圈围绕在磁芯上,线圈与电缆连接,磁芯内装有带底座导热棒的无电极低压放电灯。这种无电极低压放电灯,与EP-A-162504文献中所述的灯相比,虽简化了线圈的固定方法,但还存在着结构复杂和成本高的不足。
本实用新型的目的,是要提供一种线圈固定结构简单,成本低的高频无电极放电灯。
本实用新型是这样实现的:泡壳以气密方式封闭一个内壁涂荧光粉层的放电腔,放电腔内填充有可电离的气体,放电腔包括排气管、汞齐存放管和内腔玻管,放电腔内装有辅助汞齐和主汞齐,在内腔玻管组成的凹腔内,用耐热胶层将线圈和线圈内的漆布条包裹在磁芯上,线圈与电缆连接,磁芯内装有带底座的导热棒,泡壳通过焊泥与灯头连接,灯头与带导热棒的底座用紧固件连接。从而实现本实用新型的目的。
本实用新型也可以这样实现:在以上方案的基础上,将导热棒通过导热绝缘胶与磁芯连接。
本实用新型还可以这样实现:分别在以上两个方案的基础上,将电缆的另一头连接有Q9接头。

以下通过附图详细描述本实用新型的实施例:
泡壳1以气密方式封闭一个内壁涂荧光粉层2的放电腔3,放电腔3内填充氩气,放电腔3包括排气管19,汞齐存放管20和内腔玻管21,在内腔破管21上装有辅助汞齐18,在汞齐存放管20内,装有主汞齐15,在内腔玻管21组成的凹腔4内,线圈7紧密地绕在带漆布条6的磁芯5表面,并用漆布条6拉紧,使其每一圈之间都没有间隙。然后用耐热胶层8将线圈7和线圈7内的漆布条6包裹并固定在磁芯5上,线圈7与带Q9接头13的电缆12连接,电缆12通过紧固件11固定在底座上,用紫铜棒制成的导热棒9通过导热绝缘胶10与磁芯5固定连接,泡壳1通过焊泥14与灯头16连接,灯头16与带导热棒9的底座17,用螺钉22连接。导热棒9与底座17采用过盈配合连接在一起,以减少接触热阻,保证散热的需要。
使用本实用新型所述的高频无电极放电灯,与现有技术相比,具有结构简单、加工方便、导热性强、成本低、电缆连接方便和牢固可靠等优点。

Claims (3)

1、一种高频无电极放电灯,它包括:泡壳(1)以气密方式封闭一个内壁涂荧光粉层(2)的放电腔(3),放电腔(3)内填充有可电离的气体,放电腔(3)包括排气管(19)、汞齐存放管(20)和内腔玻管(21),放电腔(3)内装有辅助汞齐(18)和主汞齐(15),在内腔玻管(21)组成的凹腔(4)内,围绕在磁芯(5)上的线圈(7)与电缆(12)连接,磁芯(5)内装有带底座(17)的导热棒(9),泡壳(1)通过焊泥(14)与灯头(16)连接,灯头(16)与带导热棒(9)的底座(17)用紧固件(22)连接,其特征在于用耐热胶层(8)将线圈(7)和线圈(7)内的漆布条(6)包裹在磁芯(5)上。
2、如权利要求1所述的高频无电极放电灯,其特征在于导热棒(9),通过导热绝缘胶(10)与磁芯(5)连接。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的高频无电级放电灯,其特征在于电缆(12)的另一头连接有Q9接头(13)。
