Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种折叠椅座板结构的改良,其是由不封闭的U形座框及塑料板组成,塑料板两侧有相应的套孔,塑料板套入U形框形成折叠椅的座板。本实用新型的这一结构与封闭式结构座框相比,更可发挥塑料板的抗拉性能,使座板更具有弹性和舒适性,而且材料更省。

Description

一种折叠椅座板结构的改良
本实用新型涉及一种折叠椅座框与板的连接结构，特别是金属管制成的折叠椅。
现有折叠椅的座板结构大致有座板直接与前、后腿连接，座板较厚，座板无需框架，这种结构一般为木质的折叠椅采用，对于金属管制成支撑架的折叠椅，其座板是固定在金属框架上，在框架上安装面板形成座板，框架是一封闭的，面板可根据客户的要求随意更换花样款式，其产品同木质折叠椅相比不仅不消耗森林资源，而且豪华，但面板与座框的安装结构复杂，占用材料多。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种折叠椅座框，其与座面的连接方便，简单。
本实用新型的技术方案的座板是由不封闭的U形座框及塑料板组成，塑料板两侧有相应的套孔，塑料板套入U形框形成折叠椅的座板。
所述的U形框及塑料板上可设计有连接螺孔，锁上螺丝可进一步锁定座框和塑料板。
所述的U形框可设计有端口堵件，套入塑料板后U形框管两端口由堵件封闭。
本实用新型的这一结构与封闭式结构座框相比，更可发挥塑料板的抗拉性能，使座板更具有弹性和舒适性，而且材料更省。

下面结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明：
实施例1如图2所示：折叠椅座板由U形框(1)套入塑料板(2)而成，其塑料板可以设计成带有花纹或几何图案要中空款式，这样的结构既改进座板的外观，增加座板的透气性，又节约材料。
实施例2如图3所示：其座板也由U形框(1)套入塑料板(2)，在塑料板(2)上还锁上一面板(3)，面板(3)可以为布面或海绵或木质材料制成，以改善座板的舒适性和外观式样。
实施例3如图4所示：其座板同样为U形框(1)套入塑料板(2)，在U形框的前端还有一座板前套(4)，其增加前套的目的是改善座板的外观。
实施例4如图5所示：其塑料板(2)由多块塑料件小单元(2.1、2.2)组成，这样的小块塑料板更容易套入，并可简化塑料件的模具结构，选用小的注塑机，还可以使用不同颜色、不同形状的塑料件，组成更漂亮的外观。

Claims (6)

1、一种折叠椅座板结构的改良，其座板由座框及面板组成，其特征在于座框为不封闭的U形结构，塑料板两侧有相应的套孔，塑料板套入U形框形成折叠椅的座板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠椅座板结构的改良，其特征在于U形框及塑料板上设计有连接螺孔，锁上螺丝锁定座框和塑料板。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠椅座板结构的改良，其特征在于U形框设计有端口堵件，套入塑料板后U形框管两端口由堵件封闭。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠椅座板结构的改良，其特征在于其在塑料板(2)上还锁上一面板(3)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠椅座板结构的改良，其特征在于其座板在U形框的前端还有一座板前套(4)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种折叠椅座板结构的改良，其特征在于其塑料板(2)由多块塑料件小单元组成。
