Abstract
直线往复式压缩机,包括液压油缸14,气缸18、油缸活塞15、气缸活塞17,液压油缸14两头各有一个气缸18,油缸活塞15和气缸活塞17通过活塞杆16相连,油缸14和气缸18的中心线在同一直线上,其结构简洁,运行无噪音,由于采用了大行程、大缸径气缸,排量为628氧压机的30倍,密封件的寿命为400小时以上。
Description
本实用新型涉及到一种直线往复式压缩机,属于流体变容式机械类。
氧气制备用压缩机采用曲柄连杆机构,噪音大,磨损严重。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种直线往复式压缩机,用于液态气体例如液氧的制备。
本实用新型的目的是以下述方式实现的,它由中间液压油缸及两头的两个气缸组合而成,油缸和气缸的中心线在同一直线上,通过集成换向阀控制液压换向。
本实用新型的特点在于其结构简洁,运行无噪音,输出达35MPa时,亦无泄漏;由于采用了大行程、大缸径气缸,排量为628氧压机的30倍,密封件的寿命为400小时以上。
附图是本实用新型的结构及其工作配置示意图,图中编号为压缩机1,换向阀2,压力表3,储能器4,气控溢流阀5,溢流阀6,变量泵7,滤油器8,干燥器9,除油器10,压力表11、13,减压阀12,液压油缸14,油缸活塞15,活塞杆16,气缸活塞17,气缸18。
下面结合附图来说明本实用新型的实施例,参照附图,本实用新型包括液压油缸14,气缸18、油缸活塞15、气缸活塞17,液压油缸14的两头各有一个气缸18油缸活塞15和气缸活塞17通过活塞杆16相连,油缸14和气缸18的中心线在同一直线上,液压油缸14的两边通过管道与换向阀2相连。其工作过程是压力油通过换向阀2反复进出液压油缸两边的缸体内,推动油缸活塞15往复运动,带动气缸活塞17运动完成从而压缩工作。

- 一种直线往复式压缩机,包括液压油缸(14),气缸(18)、油缸活塞(15)、气缸活塞(17),其特征在于所述的液压油缸(14)两头各有一个气缸(18),油缸活塞(15)和气缸活塞(17)通过活塞杆(16)相连,油缸(14)和气缸(18)的中心线在同一直线上。
