Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种表面覆膜薄膜药用橡胶瓶塞,它由一个橡胶瓶塞体构成,在橡胶瓶塞的表面覆盖有一层薄膜,薄膜厚度为1—250um。薄膜材料具有高的生物惰性和化学稳定性,且表面容易清洗洁净,从而更好的保证了药品的质量;同时由于薄膜材料的阻隔作用,大大提高了橡胶瓶塞与药品的相容性;由于薄膜材料的耐腐蚀性,使橡胶瓶塞更适宜于酸碱性较强药物、高活性药物和水剂药物。

本实用新型涉及一种橡胶瓶塞,特别是一种表面覆盖有薄膜材料的覆膜药用橡胶瓶塞。
目前,用作药品包装容器的橡胶瓶塞有一部分是以橡胶制成的,在一定的条件下,橡胶其体内的成份会迁移至瓶塞与药物接触或被药物所抽提而对药物产生污染,从而影响人体健康;橡胶瓶塞抗酸碱腐蚀性不强,不适用于有较强酸性、碱性药物水剂的封装;且橡胶瓶塞的粘性使其表面微粒污染难以清洗。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种表面覆盖有一层化学性质稳定的薄膜材料或改性橡胶膜层的药用橡胶瓶塞。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种表面覆膜药用橡胶瓶塞,包括瓶塞体,瓶塞体的表面有一层薄膜,表面薄膜材料是氟单体和硅单体与橡胶瓶塞体表面反应而形成的含氟及含硅橡胶改性薄膜,所覆含氟及含硅改性橡胶薄膜的厚度为1-250μm,所覆其它薄膜材料的厚度为1-250μm。覆膜材料是①乙烯基薄膜、聚烯烃薄膜、聚苯乙烯薄膜、丙烯酸酯薄膜、聚酰胺薄膜、聚醚薄膜、聚氨酯薄膜、聚对二甲苯薄膜、耐高温聚合物薄膜、聚酯薄膜、含氟薄膜和含硅薄膜中的一种;②氟单体和硅单体与橡胶瓶塞表面反应而形成的含氟及含硅橡胶层改性薄膜。
本实用新型中由于在瓶塞上覆盖有一层薄膜或橡胶改性薄膜,这些薄膜与药物接触时较橡胶具有高的生物惰性和化学稳定性,从而更好的保证了药品的质量,使瓶塞可适用于有较强酸碱性的水剂药物。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
本实用新型采用以下结构:一种表面覆膜药用橡胶瓶塞,包括瓶塞体1,瓶塞体1的表面有一层薄膜2,表面薄膜材料是氟单体和硅单体与橡胶瓶塞体表面反应而形成的含氟及含硅橡胶改性薄膜,所覆含氟及含硅改性橡胶薄膜的厚度为1-250μm,所覆其它薄膜材料的厚度为1-250μm。薄膜2是①乙烯基薄膜、聚烯烃薄膜、聚苯乙烯薄膜、丙烯酸酯薄膜、聚酰胺薄膜、聚醚薄膜、聚氨酯薄膜、聚对二甲苯薄膜、耐高温聚合物薄膜、聚酯薄膜、含氟薄膜和含硅薄膜中的一种;②氟单体和硅单体与橡胶瓶塞表面反应而形成的含氟及含硅橡胶层改性薄膜。
本实用新型中橡胶瓶塞所涂覆或表面改性的主要采用以下薄膜材料。
1、乙烯基薄膜,如聚乙烯(PVC)、氯化聚乙烯(CPVC)、氯乙烯-丙烯共聚物(VC-P)、氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(VC-VA)、聚偏二氯乙烯(PCDC)中的一种。
2、聚烯烃薄膜,如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、低中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、超低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE)、超高分子量聚乙烯、交联聚烯氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸乙醋共聚物(EEA)、聚异质同晶体、增强聚丙烯中的一种。
3、聚苯乙烯薄膜,如聚苯乙烯(PS)、丙烯腊-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、丙烯烃-丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚物(AAS)、丙烯烃-氯化聚乙烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ACS)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)、乙内烯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(EPSAN)、丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物(AS)中的一种。
4、烯酸酯薄膜,如聚甲基丙烯酸酯(PMMA)、聚-2氯代丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯共聚物、甲基丙烯酸酯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-聚碳酸酯共混物中的一种。
5、聚酰胺薄膜,如尼龙6、尼龙9、尼龙11、尼龙12、尼龙46、尼龙66、尼龙69、尼龙610、尼龙612、尼龙1010、透明尼龙、弹性尼龙、超韧尼龙、通用尼龙、芳香尼龙中的一种。
6、聚酯薄膜,如玻璃纤维增强聚碳酸酯、改性聚酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚对苯二甲酸环己二亚甲酯(PCT)、聚萘二甲酸二酯(PEN)、二元醇改性聚对苯二甲酸二酯(PETG)、聚2,6-萘二甲酸二酯、聚羟基甲酸酯、聚芳酯、不饱和聚酯薄膜、如通用型不饱和聚酯、韧性不饱和聚酯、柔性不饱和聚酯、烯丙酯中的一种。
7、聚醚薄膜,如聚羟基醚、聚甲醛、氯化聚醚中的一种。
8、含氟薄膜,如聚四氟乙烯、四氟乙烯-全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物、三氟氯乙烯-乙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯-乙烯共聚物、全氟离子交换膜、全氟聚酰亚胺、氟化乙烯丙烷、软质氟树脂、透明热塑性氟树脂和氟单体改性的橡胶中的一种。
9、耐高温聚合物薄膜,如聚苯、聚对二甲苯、聚酰胺-酰亚胺、改性聚苯醚中的一种。
10、聚氨酯薄膜,如聚氨酯弹性体、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体、聚铵酯有机硅弹性中的一种。
11、含硅薄膜,如甲基氢硅油、防粘硅油、可固化硅油、高回弹硅油、聚硅氧烷、二甲基硅氧烷、三甲氧基硅氧烷、有机硅树脂中的一种。
12、聚对二甲苯薄膜等。
Claims (2)
1、一种表面覆膜药用橡胶瓶塞,包括瓶塞体,其特征在于瓶塞体的表面有一层薄膜,表面薄膜材料是氟单体和硅单体与橡胶瓶塞体表面反应而形成的含氟及含硅橡胶改性薄膜,所覆含氟及含硅改性橡胶薄膜的厚度为1-250μm,所覆其它薄膜材料的厚度为1-250μm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的表面覆膜药用橡胶瓶塞,其特征在于:覆膜材料是①乙烯基薄膜、聚烯烃薄膜、聚苯乙烯薄膜、丙烯酸酯薄膜、聚酰胺薄膜、聚醚薄膜、聚氨酯薄膜、聚对二甲苯薄膜、耐高温聚合物薄膜、聚酯薄膜、含氟薄膜和含硅薄膜中的一种;②氟单体和硅单体与橡胶瓶塞表面反应而形成的含氟及含硅橡胶层改性薄膜。
