本实用新型公开了一种双壁管微灌带,它包括有由薄膜材料制成的滴灌带,其特征在于:输水管与上级支管相接,输水管与滴水管的共同壁上有出水内孔,出水内孔里的水经输水管流入滴水管,滴水管的管壁上有滴水外孔,滴水外孔的水流以细流均匀分布,出水内孔小于滴水外孔。本双壁管微灌带是一就具有适用性强,不易堵塞,全紊流,三级消能的微灌带,适合行播密植作物、大棚温室等固定式灌溉***使用,造价低,效果显著。

本实用新型涉及一种双壁管微灌带,特别是适用于行播作物的滴灌。
中国专利号为:96220825的一种防堵塞滴灌带,由薄膜材料制成,其两条纵向边缘叠置并焊封或胶粘副通道,副通道每隔一定间隔横向焊封或胶粘而成节段,各阶段两端处预留的沙口和出水口,副通道壁上有迷宫状凹凸花纹,进水口处的至少一层壁上有凹凸水口处重叠的薄膜完全未焊封或胶粘,对应于出水口处的薄膜壁上有突起。其缺点是,只要流道的任何一部分堵塞,将直接影响滴头的出水量。
本实用新型的目的是提出一种不易堵塞、全紊流,如有堵塞出水均匀度仍能维持分配的双壁管微灌带。
本实用新型的任务是这样实现的,它包括有由薄膜材料制成的滴灌带,其特征在于:输水管与上级支管相接,输水管与滴水管的共同壁上有出水内孔,出水内孔里的水经输水管流入滴水管,滴水管的管壁上有滴水外孔,滴水外孔的水流以细流均匀分布,出水内孔小于滴水外孔。
本实用新型具有如下效果:双壁管微灌带是适合中国国情研究出的一种适用性强,不易堵塞,全紊流,三级消能(一、二级独立,三级相通)的微灌带,适合行播密植作物、大棚温室等固定式灌溉***使用,造价低,效果显著。

结合以上附图详细描述本实用新型的实施例,双壁管微灌带是由薄膜材料粘合而成输水管1与上级支管相接,输水管1与滴水管3的共同壁上有出水内孔2,出水内孔2里的水经输水管1流入滴水管3,滴水管3的管壁上有滴水外孔4,滴水外孔4的分布以细流均匀分布,出水内孔2小于滴水外孔4,出水内孔2与滴水外孔4细流出水时,内孔数与外孔数的比为1∶2~10,如滴水外孔4堵塞25%,出水均匀度仍能维持在95%左右,如堵塞50%,出水均匀度可达88%左右,即该产品具有一定的压力调节和流量补偿作用。
