本实用新型的一种新型无螺纹端子涉及到一种无螺纹接线端子,尤其是一种接地用的无螺纹端子。
目前应用于电气器具和电子电气设备上的接线产品很多,其中无螺纹端子也较多,最常用的是夹片式端子,利用弹性夹子接线,快速安全,但应用在接地时就常用带螺纹接地,对接地很多的设备就显得安装麻烦,工作效率低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种快速的,应用在接地上的安全的一种新型无螺纹端子。
本实用新型的一种新型无螺纹端子包括端子外壳和接触金属片,所述的端子外壳内有空腔,其上面有一条插槽和下面有一条地片槽,还有与端子外壳扣合的,按钮的手柄下有与插槽配合的插杆,端子外壳和按钮前都有插线孔互相对应,同时接触金属片是包括在空腔内的金属接触框和***地片槽并与金属接触框相扣的金属接地片,在金属接触框内还有一个夹导线的锁线弹片,金属接触框的底部有一条内翻边的小长槽和一个折口,金属接地片是一个H状T形的插片,其头部一端有一个凸触点,该端***金属接触框底部内翻边的小长槽内卡紧,并利用H状凹位与其折口定位防止松脱,脚部两端均有弹性小倒钩,端子外壳的底部还有一对倒钩脚,小倒钩和倒钩脚均用于与接地金属板的固定。
本实用新型由于采用了金属接地片与金属接触框、端子外壳、按钮、夹导线的锁线弹片等的有效联接和构成,使在按动按钮时按压锁线弹片***接线后,松开按钮让锁线弹片与金属接触框一起夹紧接线,经由金属接触框和金属接地片导向接地金属板固定,该端子还可以由多个排列一起组成端子排,该结构达到了无螺纹端子快速的,应用在接地上的安全的目的。

由图1~图6所示,本实用新型的一种新型无螺纹端子包括端子外壳1和接触金属片,端子外壳1内有空腔6,其上面有一条插槽7和下面有一条地片槽8,还有与端子外壳扣合的按钮2,按钮的手柄9下有与插槽7配合的插杆10,端子外壳和按钮前都有插线孔11互相对应,同时接触金属片是包括在空腔6内的金属接触框3和***地片槽8并与金属接触框3相扣的金属接地片5,在金属接触框3内还有一个夹导线的锁线弹片4,金属接触框3的底部有一条内翻边的小长槽12和一个折口13,金属接地片5是一个H状T形的插片,其头部一端有一个凸触点14,该端***金属接触框3底部内翻边的小长槽12内卡紧,并利用H状凹位与其折口13定位防止松脱,脚部两端均有弹性小倒钩15,端子外壳1的底部还有一对倒钩脚16,小倒钩15和倒钩脚16均用于与接地金属板的固定,该端子还可以由多个排列一起组成端子排。

1.一种新型无螺纹端子,包括端子外壳(1)和接触金属片,其特征在于:所述的端子外壳(1)内有空腔(6),其上面有一条插槽(7)和下面有一条地片槽(8),还有与端子外壳扣合的按钮(2),按钮的手柄(9)下有与插槽(7)配合的插杆(10),端子外壳和按钮前都有插线孔(11)互相对应,同时接触金属片是包括在空腔(6)内的金属接触框(3)和***地片槽(8)并与金属接触框相扣的金属接地片(5),在金属接触框内还有一个夹导线的锁线弹片(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型无螺纹端子,其特征在于:金属接触框(3)的底部有一条内翻边的小长槽(12)和一个折口(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型无螺纹端子,其特征在于:金属接地片(5)是一个H状T形的插片,其头部一端有一个凸触点(14),脚部两端均有弹性小倒钩(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型无螺纹端子,其特征在于:端子外壳(1)的底部还有一对倒钩脚(16)。
