不锈钢双层保温杯
本实用新型涉及一种日常生活用的饮水杯，特别是一种不锈钢双层保温杯。
目前常用的不锈钢双层保温杯的式样有多种多样，从其功能上可分为普通保温杯和真空保温杯。保温杯内表面一般都用喷砂抛光处理和电解工艺处理或者就不进行任何处理，但以上处理方法普遍存在着内表面光洁度差、杯体内壁易依附残液，使杯体内壁长期处于潮湿环境，引起杯内细菌繁殖，影响卫生，同时杯体内容易引起结垢，至今无法解决，既难以清洗，又影响杯的美观。
针对上述存在的问题，本实用新型的目的就是提供一种杯体内壁表面光洁度好、残液难以粘附、又不会结垢的不锈钢双层保温杯。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是这样来实现的：一种不锈钢双层保温杯，包括内杯体、外杯体，外杯体套在内杯体外面并在杯口处连成一体，所述的内杯体的内表面复合一层卫生保护层。所述的卫生保护层为高分子树脂材料。
本实用新型由于内杯体的内表面复合一层高分子树脂材料的卫生保护层，提高了杯体内表面光洁度，消除了残液粘附杯体内壁的现象，既卫生又清洁，同时又解决了杯体内表面易结垢的问题，具有易清洗、不褪色、抗菌保洁等特点。
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。

图1所示，本实用新型的不锈钢双层保温杯，包括内杯体2、外杯体1，外杯体1套在内杯体2外面并在杯口处连成一体，外杯体1与内杯体2之间形成一空腔4，通过空腔4隔离达到保温作用，内杯体2的内表面复合一层卫生保护层3，卫生保护层3为无毒、无味的高分子树脂材料，复合的方法是在杯体内表面均匀喷涂或刷涂一层高分子树脂材料，经烘箱高温300℃～400℃烘烤，涂层均匀固定在杯体的内表面上，使内表面的卫生保护层3具有良好的硬度和光洁度，从而达到本发明的目的。

1、一种双层不锈钢保温杯，包括内杯体、外杯体，外杯体套在内杯体外面并在杯口处连成一体，其特征在于：所述的内杯体(2)的内表面复合一层卫生保护层(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双层不锈钢保温杯，其特征在于：所述的卫生保护层(3)为高分子树脂材料。
