具有双路冷却的等离子体加速线圈,它的加速线圈是用紫铜管绕制而成,管中可通冷却水,设有线圈进水口和线圈出水口;在等离子体加速线圈与线圈支撑筒之间装有一层可通冷却水的水套,设有水套进水口和水套出水口。它能够在高温环境下长期、正常、可靠地工作,特别适用于直接点燃电站煤粉锅炉的等离子点火装置上。

具有双路冷却的等离子体加速线圈
本实用新型公开了一种用于等离子点火装置的双路冷却加速线圈,属机电产品类。
新型的等离子点火器中多在阴极前端装有电子加速线圈,它的功能是利用线圈产生的洛伦次力使高温等离子电弧持续稳定的工作,是等离子点火器的重要部件之一。而这种等离子点火器应用在燃煤电厂的点火装置上,该线圈处在200℃以上的十分恶劣的工作环境中。目前,国内、外用于火电厂锅炉点火的等离子点火装置在试验中都是由于设备及重要部件不能适应高温环境下工作损坏而停止试验,其中包括电子加速线圈的最长工作时间为三小时零八分。至今,尚未能研制出一种能够在高温环境下进行长时间地正常、可靠工作的电子加速线圈。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有双路水冷却的等离子体加速线圈,它能够在高温环境下长期、可靠的工作,以提高等离子点火装置整体的寿命和可靠性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在等离子体加速线圈与线圈支撑筒之间装有一层水套,设有水套进水口和水套出水口;加速线圈是用紫铜管绕制而成,管中可通冷却水,设有线圈进水口和线圈出水口。这样,等离子体加速线圈就成了具有双路水冷***的加速线圈了。
本实用新型的优点:它能够在高温环境下长期、正常、可靠地工作,特别适用于直接点燃电站煤粉锅炉的等离子点火装置上。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1,图1示出的具有双水内冷***的等离子体加速线圈原理结构图,加速线圈(1)是用薄壁紫铜管绕制的,线圈匝数根据磁场强度要求确定。紫铜管外部套以涂有硅橡胶及氟相胶的玻璃丝套管作为线圈保护套(10)。薄壁紫铜管内通以冷却水,从线圈进水口(7)进入,从线圈出水口(8)流出;加速线圈(1)与线圈支撑筒(2)之间装有一层断面呈凹字形的水套(4),设有水套进水口(5)和水套出水口(6)。线圈紫铜管中的水来自母水管,而冷却水套的水来自冷却阳极以后的水。两路冷却水出口温度均不超过40℃。用耐热绝缘橡胶石棉板将线圈与内、外套筒隔热。
本实用新型用于等离子点火装置,提高了等离子点火装置整体的寿命和可靠性。将加快等离子点火装置的推广应用,取代传统的燃油点火,我国1.8亿千瓦火电机组如改用等离子点火装置,煤、电耗按25%计算,电力行业每年可为国家节约人民币97.5亿元。具有巨大的节能降耗作用,为国家带来明显的经济效益和社会效益,符合我国以煤代油的能源政策。

1,具有双路冷却的等离子体加速线圈,其特征在于:加速线圈用紫铜管绕制而成,管中可通冷却水,设有线圈进水口和线圈出水口;在等离子体加速线圈与线圈支撑筒之间装有一层水套,设有水套进水口和水套出水口。
