Abstract

一种凹球研磨体,为球磨机中使用的研磨介质,其为球冠形研磨体的圆平面上有凹形面,凹形面的高度为球直径的55%—80%,凹陷度为球直径的4%—15%。该种凹球研磨体滚动性适中,研磨面积大,其研磨效率高,电耗省,是热电、水泥、陶瓷制品等行业理想的研磨介质。

凹球研磨体
本实用新型涉及一种球磨机中使用的研磨介质。
目前,热电、水泥、陶瓷制品等行业对煤、青石、陶瓷制品等材料进行粉碎研磨,原有球磨机上用的研磨介质大多是由圆钢球或圆柱钢段、钢棒所构成,它们在对物料进行粉磨加工时,由于圆球、圆柱形研磨介质在圆滚筒球磨机中相互翻滚、撞击、摩擦,对研磨体之间的物料进行粉磨加工都是点线接触,粉磨作用面小、能耗高、效率低。为了增加研磨面积,出现了中国专利CN1129147“半球研磨体”,其特征在于该研磨体是由二分之一球体形状的半球体所构成。由于该半球研磨体中存在圆平面,增大了研磨面积,一定程度上提高了研磨效率,但是半球研磨体的滚动性减小了,其滚动性不如球体,导致物料附着在研磨体上,形成“护球”现象,这样又增加了负荷,一定程度上又降低了研磨效率。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的不足,提供一种滚动性适中的凹球研磨体,提高球磨效率。
本实用新型的目的可以这样实现:一种凹球研磨体,其特征在于球冠型研磨体的圆平面上有凹形面,凹形面的高度为球直径的55%-80%,凹陷度为球直径的4%-15%。凹形面的高度指凹形面的最低凹处至研磨球体边缘最大值的距离,凹陷度指凹形面的最低凹处至圆平面的垂直距离。本实用新型的滚动性较球形和半球形适中,太大或太小的滚动性极大地影响研磨效率;同时本凹球研磨体上有凹形面,既增加了研磨面积,又迅速地增强了研磨体之间的适应性,减小依靠研磨体自动磨损产生凹陷的周期,有效地提高了研磨效率。

下面结合实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
实施例1,一种凹球研磨体,即球冠形研磨体的圆平面上存在凹形面,该凹形面的最低凹处至研磨体边缘的最大值距离亦即凹形面的高度为球直径的65%,该凹形面的最低凹处至圆平面的垂直距离即凹陷度为球直径的10%。该种凹球研磨体具有研磨效率高,运行能耗低的特点。下面以相同的球磨机与相同的物料对圆球、半球、凹球研磨体作一比较。

1.一种凹球研磨体,其特征在于球冠型研磨体的圆平面上有凹形面,凹形面的高度为球直径的55%-80%,凹陷度为球直径的4%-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的凹球研磨体,其特征在于所述凹形面的高度为球直径的65%,凹陷度为球直径的10%。
